Bought luggage 2012...full 10 year warranty. I bring it back....and was asked if it has been on a plane! Without examining the problem. Not worth getting luggage there.

Lots of good deals today. The associate was very nice and pointed out all the sales! They do try to sell you other things at the check out but that is their job and you can just say no. I did notice the lady in front of me bought everything she was offered!

Employee was very rude when I tried returning a backpack. My daughter tried it on and it was too big and she wouldn’t return it because she said they don’t return things that are used. How is someone supposed to try something then? Why have a return policy if you can’t even try it on?

I am really disappointed with customer service at this specific store,I went there few time to buy something but i had to return just because of rude customer service.Just because of there customer service i had to go to Oshawa Bentley store to purchase bags.Even today i went there to buy something and there employee said don’t go to that side because of wet floor but floor was dry. It was around 7:24 pm.I feels like its kind of discrimination.I had to give them one star to put review otherwise I couldn’t have give them any star.Please teach your employees some ethics and abc of customer service.

Better quality if you're comparing prices but I still think it's overpriced.

Discriminated by a larger lady. Didn't ask if we need help and started talking none sense with another lady while we look.

We bought a brand new Riona handbag which was on sale and the sales person was so kind and explained everything, she was fantastic in her service and convincingly explained the specifications of the bag and RFID thingy for safety purposes. We loved her and my wife loves her new spring green handbag which weighs only 300gm. Fantastic shopping experience and much satisfied with product and service. Thank you mam!

Bought a purse at Bentley last week. Today the zipper got caught on the fabric inside the purse and I was afraid to do worse damage so I took it into the store to see if they could help me and the Assistant Manager rips the zipper open, proceeds to sit on the phone with the Manager talking stock and sale numbers, with me standing there mortified, looking at my now BROKEN purse. She hangs up and says there is nothing she can do without a receipt... Not even a straight exchange. Totally rude and unwilling to help at all after ripping the zipper open and breaking it! (Exactly what I was trying to avoid) The receipt is in a car that was in an accident and I have no access to it. So I am stuck with a purse that is unable to close thanks to a very unhelpful Assistant Manager who spoke rudely with a candy flopping around in her mouth. I will never buy anything at Bentley again. Their products are crap and they don't stand behind them. Very disappointing.
