Have been coming there since it opened staff always friendly and have a good knowledge of the product Loyalty program helps out on the price a little pricey but willing to pay the xtra due to the service given. Always satisfied when leaving.

Trevor was amazing! He is always so attentive and really explained the products to us as it was our first time. He is very charismatic, charming and kind! He is such a model employee. As a first time smoker and not knowing all these technical terms and what does what, I really liked this establishment. One worker really helped me out and had patience with me when I had questions!! I don't remember the their name but he had shoulder-length hair and was extremely nice to me! He really took his time to explain the different strains and understanding preference. Was such a pleasant experience, this may be my new go-to!

So I have been going to this store since I started working in Burlington a year ago and have always been very happy with the staff and collection. Shout out to Courtney who is always super helpful and up beat. Love shopping here.

Decent location some of the staff are OK. Not the greatest selection or knowledge of products. Had issues with a vape cart staff offered zero help and treated me like a criminal will take my business elsewhere.

Disappointed, long lines, people asking horrible questions that make no sense that take up everyone’s time. Other then big and clean. Not sure what else to say. $50 for 3.5g of the good stuff, Pretty steep for the quality you are getting. Dried out shake pretty well.Too bad this is getting so screwed up.Products not in their system, so unprepared for 4/20
