Perri Pools & Landscaping

We found them on Kijiji, have never actually talked to anyone on the phone. First time they were scheduled to clean our pool, texted the day of to say their pool vacuum was in the shop?! Since the first day we hired them, they were completely terrible with customer service, texting and calling back. A simple call back to a paying customer is just common courtesy. The only time I received regular responses and texts was when they were requesting payment! A word of advice if you're trying to build your reputation and business, work on your customer service and communication skills!

This already-snowy season isn't nearly over yet, but I can say that Joe and team have been responsive, courteous, and...most importantly...treat their customers well by listening to them. Some requests can be done, and some cannot, but it's all about how the customer was made to feel during the experience. Joe understands this, and tries his best every time. Thanks, Joe!--Mario

BUYER BE AWARE!!! WORSE SERVICE! I decided to give a new company a try and called Perri Pool services to open my pool. They did a sloppy job, left all the garbage bags in the yard, didn’t install the ladder, or put away the cover nicely nor did they clean the steps left leaves in the pool, nothing that you would expect from a pool opening service. On top of their messy work, when I went to turn on my system water was leaking all over from it. I asked them to return to fix it, I don’t know whether something wasn’t screwed properly or not, they basically ignored my calls or messages and then send em a text that they will not return that they did their job and told me not to call them as th yet blocking my number. Great service indeed. Funny how they post on their website a guarantee of service . Now I have to get another pool company to come and open properly . I lost money and time , thank you very much Perri Pool company

Joseph was great. Called him to plow my driveway, promptly returned my call and had my driveway plowed within a couple of hours of initial call. Very satisfied and very professionally done...thank you.

Not only is Joseph doing a great job of maintaining my lawn but their customer service goes above and beyond. Even during these uncertain times their response to questions and concerns is very fast. I highly recommend this company.

After being left hanging by a few companies, I contacted Joseph, he came and looked after the pool, told me what my pool needed (as the other companies didn't bother) closed the pool and left everything neat and tidy. So happy I found a reliable person. Definitely would recommend Joseph.

I don't usually write reviews but this is specifically for the gentleman saying Perri Landscapes have fake reviews. Joseph and Frank did an awesome job relocating 3 of my downspouts and re-grading my backyard.
