Great at returning emails, but have no control over Vivid Tickets when paid for tickets not received yet. Also cannot help with upgrading to carryon baggage from Porter Airlines.Since talking with the CEO, all issues resolved promptly and professionally and he made sure that we were totally satisfied. I would rate it 5 stars now!

Great service, I wanted to change the name on my plane ticket from Alex to Alexander to match my license. Josh was so polite and responsive I was honestly shocked at how happy he was to take care of it for me. I definitely recommend Bookseats especially when traveling to a game.

OMG! How have I not heard of BookSeats before now! What a great service. We booked a trip to watch the Red Wings play the Knights in Vegas. Everything went great! Great seats, great hotel, and great prices for the package! I will definitely use BookSeats for future trips!

Their online service to book event seats and hotel room was very easy and I ended up with good seat locations plus very good hotel at very good rates. I had made a mistake with regards to the type of hotel room choice. I informed bookseats.com and they called the hotel and made the change for me very quickly. I am impressed.

My flight was cancelled last minute, so I rebooked with another airline. I was told by bookseats that my flight refund was being processed. That was 4 months ago! I emailed them again last week looking for an update, and they don't even have the common courtesy to respond to my email!Update...I received a call today from bookseats. They apologized for the lack of communication and rectified my issue. I have, and will continue to recommend bookseats. They went above and beyond more than any company I have ever dealt with. Thank you!
