Flaman Fitness Lethbridge

We recently bought a treadmill from Flaman Fitness. It was quite difficult to put together but we managed as we thought we could. Ben Richardsonwas competent as a salesperson so we have no complaints there, BUTherein lies the problem. We were told(by Ben) that once we had i togethertheir electronics expert would come and set that part up for us. We called and left messages for Ben but to no avail..no return call, no interest in helping us..nothing! So we at least are competent and will get the job done. But this is a warning to those of you who might need help.These people might only be interested in the sale and not the follow up.There is a fee for everything..beware!Linde Bruce Brown and Bryson Brown

After posting my frustration this evening over not having my call returned, the General Manager contacted me immediately and apologized for not being contacted and made arrangements with me to have someone attend and disassemble our Bowflex TreadClimber. I want to thank the GM for being so kind as to address my concerns and he is ensuring there is no charge for the disassembling my TreadClimber. The GM did not have to do that and I am extremely grateful. Thanks so much for being so kind.

Awesome place for equipment! Came out for a couple smaller accessories but they have a ton of stuff! Ben is super knowledgeable and helpful even with the little things!

Nice business overall. Friendly staff. When I needed a technician and Bowflex didn't come to do repairs, Ben from Flaman came to do the repairs himself and made sure I wasn't paying a dime. Very happy customer!

I have purchased multiple pieces of workout equipment from Ben, and each time he has been knowledgeable, easy to speak to, and readily available. He doesn't give you the salesman" vibe and didn't add any pressure! 10/10!"
