I am thrilled to leave a glowing review for my son's ECE teacher - Ms. Kajal - who works at the Centre in the toddler room! She exudes warmth and kindness, and her love for children is unmatched.Ms. Kajal consistently keeps us informed about our son's progress, and we have been blown away by the creativity and care she puts into her classroom activities. Our son has flourished under her care, and we feel incredibly grateful to have Ms. Kajal as his teacher.Thank you for everything you do!

I had brought my child in at 10:55am and was denied by the site director, Tina, who blocked the entrance like she was the security of a prestigious strip club. She didn’t ask me for an explanation just said that my child may not be permitted to come in. I asked why not and she claimed because of staff and child ratios. Yes, I paid for my child’s ratio every month. Every parent does. I was denied a refund. They pose their staffing issues to the parents and children. She went on to say that EVERY parent is to bring in EVERY child in by 9:30!! …so while they have Staffing issues, they will still have to turn away parents at 9:30am no matter what. Later, I was told by another staff member there were no staffing/ratio issues that day. They have a quick turnaround of staff, every month there is someone new in my childs' class, which gives her anxiety and it affects her, with eating and sleeping. She can never adjust. So instead of the director saying, “well lets work with you”, it was more of “maybe this place is not for you.” I found her to be rude and unprofessional and has now made the environment toxic to bring my child into. I never see her cheerful or cordial to the parents or even the children that pass by her. Child care is already tough to find and deal with. Why did you have to make it harder for everyone?! IF YOU ARE TREATING THE PARENTS/CLIENTS LIKE THIS, HOW ARE TREATING THE STAFF?? Or worse the children? The teachers I find to be great, but they don’t seem to stay long enough, like every month, there is at least one that leaves. How could I recommend this place?? I am now currently looking for another childcare facility. So disappointed…this is the nicer and shorter version of my review.To your response: I did not comment on the program, like most have to follow the Ministry's. And to make it clear, I wasn't referring the childcare as a strip club...I was referring to YOUR directors behavior! don't turn this around and make it personal. From a business standpoint you should have at least apologized on behalf of your staff member. This Single incident was not an inconvenience. It was business dealing with a child mishandled and a client mistreated. Remember you are riding on the coattails of great reviews that are over a year old. If you want great reviews, provide great services and communication.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with this daycare. During transition, I saw a couple babies cry for several minutes and little comfort was offered from the teachers to which they said these babies just cry no matter what we do. I sent my daughter day 1 and got a text saying she is crying a lot and I should come pick her up so the next day I expected a similar situation and stayed in the parking lot and heard my daughter crying so I waited and hoped the teachers would do something but even after 7-8 minutes they were indifferent so I went and asked them what the plan was to which they said babies cry the first week or so and then they will be fine and that was horrible to me. I understand that baby will cry in new environment and with new people but I expect her to be acknowledged and comforted when crying. Doing nothing and just ignoring a crying baby is not expected from a childcare institution. When I told this to the management they said the same thing and said i should reconsider my decision in pulling my daughter out and we ended up paying for the full 30 days notice.

My daughter currently goes to this center, and she loves it! we love the front desk ladies, they know all the kids by name and they always greet all the kids. She was moved to a toddler classroom in February, she has had amazing teachers in both her infant room and now in the toddler room. They care for her and love her. I don’t feel like I’m leaving her with strangers. If I ever have a concern it’s resolved very quickly.I would highly recommend this childcare center, they are truly amazing.

We love simply smart for our child. She goes to the Montessori program and has learned immensely over the last year and a half ! The centre maintains excellent standards of food and cleanliness. The classrooms are beautifully designed with large windows for plenty of sunlight and are very spacious. The teachers are truly caring. Our child has learned a lot from Ms. d’Melo and Ms. Amoon (and others). They have helped our child in forming a foundation for future learning as well.

We did not have a good experience at this daycare. My daughter went there for almost a year; I decided to pull her out and it was the best decision. The center was very unorganized, high turnover of instructors, inaccurate daily reports, very few diaper changes, etc. The regional director was great and some of the instructors were also awesome (most of the good ones quit) but I believe the owner needs to be more supportive of the staff and the overall operation of the center. EDIT - in response to the owner, I provided feedback 3-4 times a week for two full months with no improvement. I was brought to tears numerous times. For example, my daughter was bit in the face and no one had any clue what happened, there was zero follow up, no incident report, and it was not taken seriously.

Ashraf Zia, tech from Simply Smart, came to fix blower motor of my newly installed water heater. The man had very professional and polite attitude. Amazing knowledge and skill set. He finished entire job of replacing motor in less than an hour and explained what was wrong with it. Well done Ashraf, you are the perfect man for the job.

My son went here for pre-school before transitioning into Kindergarten from May of this year, and he had such a wonderful experience. He made so many friends, and really bonded with his teachers. He learned so much from their daily activities as well, improved on his speech, as well as his independence. We had a great experience being able to communicate with ease and receive any support needed from all staff members. Thank you to everyone at the Century location for a wonderful experience!

Thank you Simply smart staff.You all have been kind and understanding to our specific needs. You took the time and patience to get our kid trained on various aspects, and specifically on food. He is very interested to go to day care, and that itself speaks to the environment at the day care.Thank you.

I am very disappointed with this daycare facility. There is a lack of consistency due to constant rotation of staff within the facility. Potty training is not being promoted and now my daughter is regressing after all my hard work!! That's right, found sitting in her own urine upon pick up.I have asked to speak with the owner, emailed three times and no response!! Unprofessional and unethical. Very unhappy parent.
