My wife and I were extremely happy with the look of our new roof. The whole experience working with Rydel Roofing was stress free and a pleasure. From our first meeting with our roofing consultant Sean we knew we had picked the right company for the job. Sean and Andrew were very professional and made the process fun! Haha, both Sean and Andrew as well as Rob always had time for us to answer any questions of ours and throughly explained the whole process, materials they use ,etc.The crew of roofers (Peter,Steve,Wesley , Steve ) assigned to our house did an amazing job, very talented at what they do. The project took 2 days ,both days they showed up on time and always did a great clean up job after they were finished. I would definitely recommend Rydel Roofing, you will be happy you did!

We had a really great experience with Rydel Roofing. They were friendly, courteous and did a great job. Both Andrew and Rob were very responsive and quick to answer any questions and concerns. Taylor and his crew were on time, kept the mess to a minimum in our yard and did a beautiful job on the roof. Very pleased with this company!

We lost a good chunk of our roof on 3 separate occasions. Every peak had a tarp on it, and this was becoming an extremely stressful situation every time it would rain or there was wind. After some dealings with insurance, We contacted Rydel, and right from the initial call, we were extremely impressed with their customer service! Andrew came to the house, sat down, and went over everything with us, without making us feel pressured to do anything. Mike and his team were extremely professional, they did an amazing job, and we were super impressed with their clean up at the end of each day! Rob also followed up with site inspections and answered any questions we had.Thank you, Rydel, I was expecting a long drawn out and stressful process, but it was completed quickly and we no longer have to worry about wind and rain storms. Now our house looks great again! Best customer service we have encountered in a long, long time!Give these guys a call for your roofing needs- you won’t be disappointed!

We are very happy with the overall finished roof. It was a big job. It got delayed and took longer due to the style of roof boards we had under our old shingles. We needed insulation in our finished upstairs roof. To do that they had to remove our existing boards and it was a big job. The crew worked in extreme hot days and then rain delays. But we were informed of any delays or changes.The upstairs is now cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The roof looks great and has done well over the last 10 months. I will update if anything changes.The only issue was that our gutters were blocked with debris. I am sure I could have asked Andrew to come back. He and Sean responded to anything we needed. I just didn't mind doing it and I do it yearly anyway. Just something to be aware about and ask Andrew to confirm at the end of the job :) He will respond positively.Their overall finished job and responsiveness makes it impossible not to put 5 stars.

I had a new majestic rib metal roof installed by Rydel, the crew did a great job! The roof looks amazing, glad i chose to do a metal upgrade instead of a basic shingle. Rob did a great job communicating and making sure we were satisfied also ensuring the grounds were debri/and nail free at the end of the project, Thanks again.

Rydel Halifax installed my roof last summer and did an amazing job. Andrew made it his priority to have our roof done properly at a fair price. Crews showed up on time everyday and cleaned up at the end of every day. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the final product, I have a rental property that needs a new roof this year and I will be having Rydel do it again. It was a pleasure dealing with them compared to other roofing companies we’ve worked with in the past.
