Ordered 3 subs and a salad. Two young ladies who looked after us were so nice and efficient. The subs were fantastic. We were in and out in 5 minutes. Really enjoyed our dinner.

Kim's customer service was excellent, I never had tested delicious sub before. It was so good I had to order another one. Thank you so much Kim for amazing Service. Keep up the good work. :)

In Summary: Won't be back. The owner of this particular location is greedy and it can be assumed he's imposing 50% price increases from what's pushed out by Subway head quarters on the menu items. Owner also reluctant to speak to the reasoning for such inflated pricing.The long version: I will not be back to this location, I bought a sub and my bill came to over $14.00, almost $15... for a sandwich is ridiculous first of all. They are very stingy with toppings and everything falls out when your eating it bc the employees don't take any care when making it, it's rushed.I saw there was a new type of cheese, I wanted to try it. The lady at the counter said there would be an extra charge, which I expected. In my mind I was thinking, maybe an extra $0.50, MAYBE $0.75 at the most. To my surprise when I looked at my receipt after, I was charged OVER $2.00 for CHEESE!! I don't know where the owner of this location gets the nerve to charge this much for cheese, it's absurd!I see there's a 1-800 number listed on the receipt and it says Call us with your Comments" so I call to ask if there's a good reason for it to be so expensive. Only to find out that A) it's not a customer service line

Subway is a mystery to me.At one time, way back in the $5 foot long days, they were a very regular go to for myself and many others I know. Now I just question how there are still so many Subway locations still in existence.The food is basic at best. Fine selection of bread, which all tastes the same. The same can be said with their veggies. How is it possible that the veggies at Subway are practically tasteless? Maybe my taste buds are off but I doubt that.I gave them a chance today. First time in about three years. I had heard advertisements claiming they had many new sandwiches and ways to order. When I went in I noticed the menu had considerable changes but everything was still pretty much the same.I ordered a 12 roasted chicken sandwich on Italian herb and cheese bread. I asked for it to be toasted. I will admit I was pleased with how the sub was prepared. I have seen many other locations be very protective with putting toppings on the sandwiches so called me impressed here. Maybe that right there is the reason I decided to give this location a three star review.The sandwich was ok. Nothing to get overly excited about. The flavour was just lacking even though I had it loaded with tomato

Décor was so outdated, the fabric on the seats was ripped and worn, everything felt like it had a fine layer of film on it. Additionally, the new menu was just released days prior and the staff member who helped us, although very friendly, was seemed confused that we would want to alter the standard toppings included on the sandwiches and we had to repeat our request several times while she kept repeating the standard topping options. But our food did taste fresh.

Very uncomfortable subway visit. The lady might be training still, however she coughed and didn't change her gloves at all, and she really needs to cover her wounds in the hand or wear full sleeve perhaps. I lost appetite after seeing blood in open wounds close proximity to my food. I did throw my food unfortunately. As a customer I expect a bit more hygiene.

I went in the other day to grab some lunch. The bread was either over toasted or stale. It was hard and inedible, so I ended up scooping out the ingredients and eating them without the bread. That said, the lady who helped me was Kim. It was her first day. Kim was great. She was pleasant and took great caution to build the sub as I asked. As an older worker myself who recently started a new job I have great appreciation for someone like Kim, and I wish her all the best. Five stars for Kim, but Subway needs to do a much better job ensuring their bread is fresh and palatable.

I got charged for my online order, when showed up at the store, it’s closed for a thanksgiving holiday. Which didn’t stop me from ordering. When I reported this to subway app and to the store the issue is never resolved. Only reason I still go is because its the closest to me.

I had a negative experience at this location today I don’t think I will return again to this particular location. The employee taking my sub order couldn’t understand the toppings I wanted on my sub due to a language barrier I ended up allowing her to add toppings I didn’t want & toast the sub as she couldn’t understand me when I requested it not to be toasted. Than a second employee had just started her shift around 4pm so I asked her for napkins on the way out hoping she could understand me oddly both employees stood there very confused then began laughing at me and speaking negatively about me while I exited the store. I find this to be very unprofessional & offensive.
