Our experience with Comfort 360 was a five star experience. The team were excellent communicators, cohesive, professional and they started and finished on time! Jun, James, Mike and Brad were all fantastic! It was a pleasure welcoming them into our home and we are thrilled with the pride of work and the finished product they provided. Would choose Comfort 360 again in a heartbeat!

I have used 360 Comfort Systems for the past 2 years to perform yearly maintenance on our heat pump. They provide good quality service are professional and on time. The company is very responsive as they keep you informed on the day of your booked appointment. If you are looking for a reputable service company this is your place to go.

We had a ductless mini split heat pump installed by 360 comfort systems. They did quality work and were very professional. Nice to see tradesmen with such quality workmanship. They were very respectful of our home and they kept there work area very clean.

I was extremely pleased with the service that Jake has given me that’s far. He was very patient and answering my questions, explaining things to me, presenting different options for me to consider, working, extremely hard and goal oriented. Not being a professional plumber, I cannot comment on the quality of the work he did, but suffice it to say, to my untrained eye, I am confident that I received excellent service.

We called the Super Plumber which I am assuming has now been merged with 360 comfort systems for a nasty clog in our kitchen sink.The plumber (Ian) and one of the women in the office were so helpful and friendly and got us service right away. Ian was professional, knowledgeable and we appreciate him so much for staying late to get the job done. He gave us multiple options, and explained very clearly the pros and cons of each one.Unfortunately, we did not have the same positive experience with most of the office staff that we spoke to. We were told initially that we would try to squeeze us in on Monday and let us know, we did not receive a call on Monday so we assumed that they would come on Tuesday. On Tuesday when we called to ask for an approximate time, they told us that we were rescheduled until the following Monday without telling us, we wouldn’t know have known if I didn’t call and ask.Then, I asked if we could be scheduled earlier, and they said they would try to get to us on Wednesday after 4pm and would call us either way in the morning. We didn’t hear anything all day so we called around 7pm on Wednesday as we were are mindful of the unpredictable nature of plumbing jobs, and again they let us know that we had been rescheduled until some time the following week. Nobody had called us to let us know they were not coming, or that they would be late, both times we had to call to find any information.At this time the woman we spoke to on the phone was very helpful and pleasant, got us a technician that night and gave us a discount for our frustration, so we are very appreciative of her.I would give her and Ian 5 stars, but the lack of communication from the rest of the office staff resulted in my partner and I having to take time off work that was not necessary, Ian did not arrive at our home until 8pm and was at our home until 11pm and we didn’t even know this until an hour before. Overall a frustrating experience, and I hope that communication improves for future interactions.

I used the Super Plumbers part of the business. They were excellent. I wanted quotes for a raised level toilet. Not only did their technician find exactly the model I wanted, they installed it that day. They went above and beyond when it turned out that one part of the toilet was not at the local supplier. They had someone ship it up from Victoria (about 1.5 hours away) so the job could be completed that day. My 90 year old father is delighted with his new toilet. I also had a new kitchen faucet installed which I love too.I have always been pleased with Super Plumbers service. They come when scheduled and alert you when they are on the way. 360 comfort was the best. Incredibly fast and professional. They are always there to answer questions and stand behind their work. Luke Ferguson was our sales guy. Very friendly and not pushy. He gave us so many options and prices. He told us how they would install and how to work our HVAC. Luke was also very knowledgeable about the the rebates. 360 comfort has the best service and amazing warranty. I would highly recommend 360 comfort and also Luke Ferguson.

The entire team was great to deal with. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with 360! Super quick and very professional. Very tidy through out the whole install as well. Highly recommended!

I found the telephone contact person to be very friendly, professional and helpful. Our technician, Jake, was also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jake performed a review of all of our plumbing systems and pointed out a couple of areas where we may benefit from an improvement at a future date.Our one complaint is the way that this company bills was not well explained to us before the service call. They do not charge a call-out fee nor charge an hourly rate but charge a predetermined rate for each job. In our case, this was a very minor kitchen leak that was resolved by merely tightening a connection. We felt the predetermined fee for this job was somewhat excessive.We would use their services again and definitely request Jake. However, we feel that the billing system could have been better conveyed to us up front which could have saved Jake and us from some miscommunication.Our 4 star rating reflects 3 1/2 stars for the company and a 5 star for the technician!
