New Brighton Skatepark
I take my son there to skate and we've not had any problems. Park itself is well maintained. I know they've had trouble with vandalism and people leaving trash out which I suspect happens later in the evening when parents aren't around.

i love this park but just wish that the city would leave the graffiti (of course not the swears and slurs) I feel that the skatepark is a little bland. Skaters are great and friendly.

The park has a great bowl but does not offer much outside of that. It has an abysmal street section but it can be fun none the less. during the day it is often teeming with irritating little kids but if you go at the right times they can be avoided.

Such a sick bowl at this skate park. so new and smooth. Different depths and great size. Such a great edition to the sport plaza.I agree with Greg below. Learn skate park etiquette before going. It is clear the two parents complaining below were in the wrong.

Brilliant skatepark with bowl and multiple grinds. Usually very busy. Washrooms are always locked unless there is a baseball game at adjoining field. No access to drinking water. No vending machines. Ample free parking. Visitors are usually friendly and helpful.

It's a great park. One of the few with lights. Unfortunately the park closes at 11 PM. First skate park I've been kicked out of by security. Not sure why they have lights. Are they just for show?

Decent park but the teens ruin it. Their language is totally inappropriate. This park is built for all ages not just them. It’s constant swearing and pot smoking. We’ve resorted to coming early in the morning now before all the bigger kids get out of bed.It’s too bad because the teens have some pretty good skills and the younger kids could learn a lot from them.

Hot, dusty, right beside the highway. No bathrooms, no food services and no access to drinking water. One bench for adults to sit on and no shade or trees in sight. Suitable for my husband to ride in the bowl but zero fun for our 4 year old, who loves bike parks.

This is an amazing skate park. The bowls are really good however a little hard to get out of if you are a inline skater. All people that seem to attend this park seem to be friendly and polite at all ages.

Great for kids of all ages. I like that the older kids help the younger ones. My grandson loves it there.City needs to keep it somewhat cleaner & the skate board park needs a few port - o - potties by it. The kids have no place to go to bathroom & using behind shed or the car lot next door. VS bathrooms are mostly locked & to far from skate board park.
