Very slow service. It took them 30 minutes to prepare my burger. There was a long line of other people waiting for their orders, too. The two people working were agonizingly slow. I've worked at McDonald's and a couple of other fast food joints in my youth, and the people working at Hero Burger were operating at less than 50% speed. I could have done a faster job working with just one hand.The burger I got was also sub-par, and the onion rings were soft and soggy. For the price, it was really not worth it.I will never, ever return to this location.

Hero Burgers has pretty good food!I last had it in November, but their burgers are great! The patty is the main character, adding flavour to everything, the buns and sauce are the support roles, helping to add some depth to the dish, and the toppings are the background characters. They’re there and they don’t intrude on the main characters and supporting characters flavour, but add more to help make the burger better!

I originally gave this restaurant a lower review, not because of the food itself but because of the lack of effort and presentation but the owner reached out to me after reading my review and wanted to rectify the situation. They were great and accommodating to change my mind about my opinion of their restaurant and I was pleased with their effort to fix their mistakes.I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was delicious. One of the best chicken pieces I have ever tasted. After my experiences with this sandwich I think there could be a little more sauce on it because the bun and chicken soak up a lot of it but the second time around when it was presented correctly it was absolutely delish. Next time I will ask for extra sauce. I had sweet potato fries on the side with chipotle to dunk and both times I had them they were great. No complaints.My husband got the spicy jalapeño and again, the second time around with proper effort and presentation he was very satisfied with his meal. The poutine he got on the side was also very enjoyable both times.Thank you to hero burger for taking our opinions about your establishment seriously and wanting to make a change. As they were preparing our meals the second time I could see that the one staff member was working with the other to make sure the meal was done to perfection and revising their efforts from my previous feedback which is very professional and respectful.Thanks hero burger!

Dry burger alert! The burger did not include the correct toppings. Did I pay extra for mushrooms and not receive any. Yes that happened. Where was the mustard or hot sauce? Don’t know. Lesson learnt, will not be back. No wonder the location was empty.

Got veggie burgers and real burgers for my guests. Nothing is labeled. Vegetarian ate real beef. Ridiculous. What a waste of money. Not only will I never return, my workplaces weekly lunch there will be cancelled going forward. We will use gladiator who actually labels their food. Get it together. Ended up throwing them all out, rather than not know which is real and which isnt. Not even worth a refund , you have lost a loyal customer.

The burgers, fries and onion rings are very good. They even had an option for a gluten free bun! The restaurant could use some cleaning and the hand sanitizer on the tables were expired. We ordered via the iPad and picked up the food once the girl yelled my name. The prices are fair and food is very good. We would recommend and go agsin!

Was staying away because of the reviews, but glad I tried this place! I found the burger to be rather juicy with decent quality ingredients. The doneness was on the medium side, which I personally prefer. The 8oz is a filling chunk of a halal burger, with their signature sauce and a little hot sauce - I was quite impressed! The environment is a little dull and the mandatory use of the kiosk if you're paying by card was annoying, but all in all good experience. Will come back.

I warn people from ordering food here. The food safety governing body needs to have a close look at this place. The health and safety standards are a concern1. We walked in and ordered food. Photos attached. One of the meals was with coke zero as it was on their menu. When our meal arrived the cashier told us they don't offer it.2. The floors were like an ice skating rink. Evident they floors and tables were cleaned in weeks. We also tried sitting outside and there was mold, old cigarette buds and garbage that was unattended for days3. The place needs a proper exhaust system. We felt suffocated in there4. The spicey chicken burger and signature burger were both undercooked.5. The drink dispenser was leaking fluid which was dropping on the ground.Hero Burger franchise should be ashamed of this location. Where are the standards?STAY AWAY from this location!

I had an amazing time having their Beef Special Combo for Iftar. It's incredible that they have 100% halal products and don't carry any pork products! The burger was delicious and the staff was really nice as well.
