My tankless water heater was leaking and Hearth & Home was very quick to send out a Service Technician (Ryker) to inspect it. He was very professional, quite thorough and provided a lot of helpful information. Without his inspection I wouldn't have found out my water heater would be covered by the warranty still even after 10+ years.

Recently we had Cole in our home to do a cleaning and service on our furnace and air conditioner. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had without hesitation. We were having problems with our water softener (which was installed by the previous owner). Gaige Miller came on the service call. He was very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem. He re-did some faulty plumbing and had us up and running in an hour! Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with Hearth & Home, and Ryker Mercanti specifically. We are new home owners, don't really know much about furnaces and all that, but the woman we called was extremely helpful in pulling up details of our home, and she offered to send Ryker out immediately. They happened to have some time free. Ryker was very professional and helpful, he explained what the issue was, was helpful in answering every question I had, and gave me some tips about our furnace and air conditioning. He helped clean up the area where the water was leaking, which totally wasn't necessary, and was not intrusive at all in our home. Definitely a much more pleasant experience than I anticipated!

Ryker was very knowledgeable and professional during his visit to repair my aging A/C system. Although it’s an older A/C, he was able to quickly repair it and rather inexpensively. And he provided me with instructions about how to use my system more efficiently. Will definitely call Hearth and Home for future needs.
