Where do I even start. I don’t really leave reviews. This collision centre fix my car perfectly, like it was before. I walked into Don Valley Collision centre with my Toyota Camry that had a damage on the Fender on both side. They helped me fix it and explained everything to me in regards to the cost. It was very affordable and the guy that helped me Mohammed, Jackie and Jason were really helpful. Amazing service. Will definitely refer my friends there.

This review is for the 391 John Street, Thornhill location. But I am sure either location would provide top notch repairs with good customer serviceHelen first greeted me when I entered for the first time to have the damage looked at. She was very kind and had Riley look over the vehicle and at the request of insurance, take photos of my clear paint protection film covering the whole hood as proof of installation of that product for replacement.After the parts arrived, I returned to see Helen and she arranged for a rental agency to come by to pick me up. In the meantime, I met Mohammed Baruwa as I wanted to show him the paint film on the bumper, 1/4 panel, a_pillars, etc so they do not get damaged during the repair. I also showed him where the hidden block heater cord was cable tied to the grill so that to was not a surprise to them. Mohammed was also very kind, professional and patient.4 days later I received a call from Mohammed advising me my vehicle was finished. I arrived and I looked over the damage and they did an amazing job. Even where you cannot see under the hood was perfect.Again on this visit to pick up the vehicle, Helen and Mohammed were amazing. Mohammed showed me the repair and explained everything and made sure I was happy with the results.Great technicians and customer service!I now put their information in vehicles belonging to my other family members as well so if there is ever any damage done to their vehicles, they know where to have it taken to for repairs.

I just picked up my Hyundai Elantra from Don Valley North Collision Repair Centre at Woodbine. This was my first accident and, hopefully, the last one. However, the experience was really great. When I came there at the first time, I was welcomed by Pierre and he smoothly went me through this process. He is very professional and responsive.I got a clear and detailed estimation with different options I asked for. They worked with my insurance company and the rental company. The only thing I had to do was to drop off my car on the scheduled day and get a rental vehicle. That's it. Next time I came there my car was fixed, like nothing happened, and clean. They even cleaned it inside, thanks for that! Thank you for your work, Pierre, very appreciated!

What a great experience deserves a 4.5... super happy and I think most of the credit goes to Jason our estimator/advisor. Things don't always go perfectly and how you address it really shows what motivates you... especially at the end of a pandemic with supply chain issues... I really felt taken care of. The car came back cleaner than when I left it (inside and out) and she's back to pre-accident condition. They got everything sorted out and I'm super happy.Thanks so much Jason. You are awesome and set the bar for all others.

This location had repaired my vehicle door handle and paint from an attempted theft. Mihai assisted me with my repairs insurance claim and he was very responsive and helpful. The job was completed well and I was pleasantly surprised to come back to a vehicle that was quite clean inside and out.
