Bee Safe lock Smiths came out to do a lock at our location in Pickering. When the technician came, he was super friendly and super informative.I was watched (unawares to him) as he did his work to make sure the door closed correctly and that the lock mechanism was fixed and functioning correctly.He was meticulous in ensuring that it closed properly and that it was tuned up just right.I’m not sure how much this type of service should’ve cost me, but if he had charged more, I would have happily paid it! (The service and professionalism justified the cost by itself)One more thing I’d like to mention, I dealt with another staff member on a different occasion because we had a problem with our pushbutton lock system. Instead of booking a technician to come out and ding me for $100 plus, she asked me if I was handy and told me that I could buy the tool and do it myself. I would not have known any better had she not have offered me this solution. I took her advice and changed the lock system myself. This act of customer service led to the second call of which I’m composing this review.It turns out she is the owner, and the gentleman that came out to my site to repair the locking mechanism on our back door lock was also the owner.Great people, great business, excellent service!I highly recommend Bee Safe lock Smiths; With their service and integrity, you will not “bee” disappointed!Daniel

I broke the plastic part of my Honda key. They put the chip in a new case and cut they metal key part. Saved me a lot of money.

Bee Safe really helped me out!! We were having difficulty getting a key copied ... none of the places like Canadian Tire, Home Depot, or some random keycutter in the shopping mall had the right blanks to match our key. They responded to my email within an hour on the weekend, assessed the required work by photo/email (super convenient), and had availability within a few days. I recently had new doors installed by my landlord on my store where the security was not what you would consider good. Double doors, simple cheap knobset that could be pried open with a screwdriver and no seam plate (can't remember the actual term). I called Bee Safe & Lock Inc. on a recommendation from a couple of sources. They did not disappoint! Although they were busy, they were able to come out the same day and install the seam plate and a good quality deadbolt. The cost was reasonable for the quality and the customer service which was excellent. I will use again when needed and won't hesitate to refer.

Very polite staff and extremely professional company. Needed to get a few house keys cut and a car key cut. Bee Safe and Lock were very efficient and helpful getting everything done. Highly recommend using them for any key or lock services.
