Very slow loading, started loading the other guy who got here after me. Very unprofessional staff. Shortage of staff in evening pickups. I hope they hire more people for the evenings.

Worst shipping/receiving department. Slow slow slow. Waited almost 3 hours before my trailer was even touched. I simply asked when theyll get to my load and was met with extremely rude response. After waiting that long they had the audacity to be rude to me? I refuse to go back. I've never seen such poor professionalism in over 25 years driving truck and thousands of receiving departments met. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST. Higher level management should be ashamed with what is going on in that place.
