I showed Gretta a reference and she did exactly what I showed her. She always made sure that I was okay with some adjustments & she would ask me about my preferences, unlike some other experiences I’ve had. She even fixed a past mistake from another hairdresser. On top of that she gave me some very helpful tips for my hair & scalp. So grateful I found this gem!Truly understands customer serviceSuper clean, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai été assise 2 heures pour une coupe car Miss Greta servait 2 clientes en même temps. Ma coupe était mal faite et démodée. La mise en pli était grottesque au point de faire éclater de rire mon mari à ma sortie. L'autre cliente est sortie très mécontente également de sa coiffure. Plus jamais.
