worst car wash in a long time. left scratches on mutrick and didn't clean 1/2 tje backend. had to elsewhere to finish the job. won't be back and will not recommend this location.

Got to be the dumbest cashier I have seen in my life. Told him I need pump 5. $15 premium.He gives me $15 worth of regular gas in a different pump. ….. get ppl trained

Last time im coming to this gas bar. Power tipping due to covid19 the lady is rude. Really I fill up $50 of gas and she till me we do not accept $100 bill. If that's the case you should let other people know with a sign at the door or the pumps. Good thing my wife had change. Petro you just lost a customer. Esso is right next to petro i will take my business to esso from now on.Lol looking at other review's who manage this place don't know how to train there workers to have good customer service.Thank you petro for the rude services good luck.

Just look at the state of this car wash. They charged $18 for this.Also, it's straight out of the 1980's with the full contact rollers. Stick to Canadian Tire or Valet Car Wash on Gordon St if you want your car cleaned without any damage.

I noticed several bad reviews over politeness and was expecting bad customer service because of the negative reviews I read. The lady was very nice. I believe if you are polite and are friendly you get the same back. This place is awesome. Friendly polite and very pleasant. Would recommend going here. Also I wanted to mention that the bathroom was clean and the carwash was awesome.

Thanks, Petro-Canada, for trying to pull a fast one on me twice this evening. Put in my card, selected regular 87 gas, started to pump... and noticed that “Super Clean 91” was selected instead. Cancelled my transaction, started the process again, watched the pump carefully. Selected regular 87, light lit up above regular 87, and then quickly switched over to 91 as I was about to pump. Not getting gas here again.

Absolutely terrible service. Wouldn't let me in the store and then the women was Absolutely SO RUDE about getting my items. Last time I go there. If I can't go in to get the item, why give me a hard time about getting the item yourself!?An older lady with a neck brace too. And as I read more reviews, this is a normal occurrence for her?Absolutely disappointed with the treatment I received.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but sometimes they are necessary.Distrustful operations in regards to using Petro Canada Points.I feel like I was purposely misled.I hope they change their operations so that this doesn't happen again.
