Ontario Diagnostic Centre 123 RexdaleWe had an excellent experience today and highly recommend this X-ray clinic. The receptionist was kind and cheerful. We were seen right away with little to no wait time. The male X-ray technician was an exemplary human being. He was kind, patient and caring. He took his time to explain everything about the foot X-ray. He accommodated a seated X-ray so that I did not have to transfer to the table. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. It is nice to receive genuine care and kindness as well as outstanding professional service delivery. We wish them continued success and are grateful to have them in our neighborhood when we need their services.

Handicap parking plowed and piled with snow and ice, while regular parking spots are clear and safe. This is an accessible building? To be fair, when I complained, the lovely receptionists took immediate action to resolve this issue. Thank goodness for their kindness.

Extremely long wait times for an ultrasound with constant reassurance from the administrative staff that it'll only be 5 more minutes. Appointments aren't done sequentially and don't get prioritized over walk-ins. Had to reschedule appointment due to the long wait.

Good service to pass medical service. But have to wait longer than expected

I had an abdominal ultrasound yesterday. Unfortunately I forgot to take my requisition. So I had to get it from my GP. The receptionist was so kind and patient for me and I was able to get it done without much delay. The technician was Devika who was efficient and friendly. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I went for pregnancy ultrasound. It was nice experience. The staff was very supportive.

Terrible experience, this place hates men and will not allow you to attend your partners ultrasound for your child if you are a man. I wasn’t allowed to go in at all to see my soon to be child, what a horrible way to treat someone, especially men. If you want to see your soon to be child and are a man, DO NOT COME HERE.

Always had prompt and excellent service…the quick availability for booking an appointment is such a life saver. Definitely recommend (y)

If I could choose 0 stars, I would.Went in for a chest x-ray around 11:30am, last Thursday. Was told to wait 20-25 mins because the technician was on break. The receptionist insisted on suggesting I leave and come back, but I chose to stay and wait. I fell asleep in my chair only to wake up 40 mins later. Went up to the receptionist and asked when I would be next as 40 mins have now gone by and she had said 20-25 mins. She seemed surprised to see me and said Oh
