Best donairs ever. My son who is really good with his food critique said fish taco was moist and flaky, and nice acidity with cole slaw and seasonings.

Big servings, a little pricey, but hey, it is a food truck and you pay for the convenience. Best breakfast sandwhich ever, huge portion of fish and chips, all very tasty. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Chef Scotian (and formerly Scotian Style) for years..I'm from Nova Scotia and desperately miss the food from back home..Chef Scotian has made that a possibility for me out here...Classic East Coast fare...as good as it gets and now that he's remote I will travel to wherever he is...it's worth it all day long. If you haven't tried then you've got to go! You won't be disappointed trust me! Easily the best donair you will have ever tasted! And so much more!

Tried out last weekend when they were in Chestermere. Originally wanted the lobster roll but they sold out before noon. Had the fish tacos & donair. Husband couldn’t eat the donair as it was soggy since there was more sauce than meat,so that ended up in the garbage, the fish tacos were not the greatest either, ended up only eating one. The fries were the only good part and the onion rings were overdone/almost burnt. For how much people raves about this food truck we found it underwhelming and a waste of money.
