I have been using this trainer for First aid CPR training for at least 9 years now and they are fantastic! Jen is a really great trainer as well as the rest of the staff. Highly recommend.

Had the opportunity to do my First Aid training at this location and to say i was blown away by the instructors way of teaching would be an under statement. I will definitely be going back there for my recertification in 3 years time. I cant remember my Instructors name but he is originally from the Philippines and is also a Registered Nurse, this guy is like an encyclopedia of information. I have done First Aid before but trust me its was nothing like my last training.

Place with a lot of parking spots, staff friendly and above all very helpful, The instructor (Rob) is the best; He makes the training enjoyable, entertaining, fun, well-versed in the subject, the first time that I attended a training in which I don't want it to end 15 minutes after it started.

I had an amazing experience taking the First Aid Course with the First Aid & Safety Training Services. The Employees/Stuffs were welcoming, and had an amazing customer service experience. During the First Aid course the instructor was fantastic and enthusiastic about the First Aid materials and the lecture overall. She clarified the course in a very simplicity and more accurately terms. Her positive vibe led the course to be more interesting and compelling. There were no tricks or surprises on the exam. The instructor is super knowledgable. Her way of teaching is great. I honestly enjoyed First aid course of 2 days which we think boring. She tried her best to make this course enjoyable and you don't know when it just finished. Thankyou again.

Professional and efficient. They have a kitchenette area for students to use, overall the building was clean and well kept. The course material is free and online now; I suggest handing out a small card with information on how to access the course material, or demonstrating how to navigate to the information online at some point during the class.

Hello Everyone!I've recently completed my recertification. The instructor 'PETER' Is the best instructor I've had. He had the whole class engaged in the program. Peter shared the info in such a practical way. This is the first time I've ever walked out of a course and felt totally comfortable that i would be of service in any event.Thank you Peter!

Typically, safety courses are a dread. You sit in a chair and listen to somebody speak, and you fall asleep very quickly. Here, it's extremely hands-on, very visual, and a lot of demonstrations and chances to engage and learn based on your learning style.I enjoyed coming here, I'd recommend this location to friends and co-workers.
