Very busy place but Kaleb went above and beyond to help get our car repaired in a timely manner. He patiently dealt with our aftermarket warranty representative and fought on our behalf.

Service Is so slow to get you inThey need more techs...however good techs are hard to come by and once the works been done I have always been satisfied.The wait time was for an appointment was considerably faster recently and the service was top shelf ....Good work.

I've had terrible experience with the Audi service department. It took four phone calls to book an appointment, not one of my voicemails was returned. I finally took my car in today for a basic service, was quoted at $250 for oil change plus $70 to put my winter tires on.I got a call about a bolt being stripped on one of the rims, and was asked to give permission to continue because the 'rim might be damaged'. . . no mention of extra cost during this call. When I arrived to pick my car, instead of a roughly $300 bill it was double that. So $600 for an oil change and tire swap, my car hadn't even been washed and smelled like cigarette smoke when I picked it up.This is the second time I've taken my car there since moving to Sudbury and had the service cost WAY more than I was quoted. I've been an Audi driver for many years and have never seen such abysmal service and fleecing on costs.

Service people here are the nicest and most helpful you will meet. We were in this area, 700 miles from home, when we discovered our wheel well liner and under engine cover hadn't been installed properly (by a different dealer) and were dragging. This shop took us in on a moments notice and fixed the situation. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be coming back to this spot.

I cannot say enough on how the service department took care of me in three separate occasions. Two of these problems were minor and rectified on the spot, without appointment. the third major problem was settle in dew time. Every one I spoke to were very friendly and professional .

I was driving to Sudbury from Ottawa on the coldest day of the year and my windshield washer fluid froze. I called and Joelle said he would wait for me as service would be closed by the time I got there. They put my car inside for the night. Drained it out and put new windshield washer fluid in. They billed me under $8. The staff were so friendly. I drove home on Sunday in snowy weather so I was very happy that it was working again. Thank you Audi Sudbury!

I was dealing with Kaleb in service. He was very professional. There was an invoice issue and he was very helpful and worked with me to come to a fair resolution. Would definitely recommend.

I brought my wife's Q5 in a couple of times for service. It's a bit of a trek for me since I live 3 hours away. Service has always been great and the staff friendly. Last time, Jordan was extremely helpful by arranging a rental vehicle for me while I was in Sudbury. Even got me a better rate. Definitely went beyond expectations.

This dealership is not good I brought my car in for a recall in the back end so they had to take me tires off and I had to bring summer and winter tires so they ask me if I wanted them to put on the summer tires so I said yes well they charged me 90.00$ to put them on nerves telling me this it should had been included I wouldn’t be surprised if they charged Audi Canada and me. I could go on and on and on
