Tenth Ave Bible Chapel
Small traditional church, with the old hymns and real people. Not perfect people, just real people you can get close to, with a message of hope and salvation through faith in Christ.

Sound Bible teaching and really loving people. Don't be surprised by first appearances. sometimes it seems like not much is happening but God is working through his people.

I was so upset and appalled that my daughter who attended with her friend was subjected racial discrimination at this church. Some senior missionary man had the odasity to speak about aboriginal people being nothing but drunks and how he has never met a sober one , all the while speaking to an indigenous man with three young women who were also indigenous. Not only was this man able to perpetuate his hate speech but he was also allowed to chase the family (who walked out out of protest) and continue badgering them about why they were upset. It is such a shame that one of those young girls was in tears cause the knives of racism cut her heart pretty deep. My girl is a strong one and has been subjected to racism many times before said that she was hurt but doesn't let things like that bother her anymore. Most appalling is how this family was left to leave while the racist man remained in church to continue with service. The church acted as a stunned bystander not defending the family that was targeted. What a disgusting abuse of Privilage and a shameful act from seniority at this establishment. I sent my daughter to go to church and learn about god but yet she was left to feel unwelcome and racially discriminated against. I am livid and she will never step foot in this place again. I should take this to the media!!!
