I’ve received treatments from other acupuncturists before and none have created the results I am seeing with Zach. The most significant result has been my ability to get quality sleep; I am now able to fall asleep quickly and wake up less, if at all, throughout the night. I also noticed I am much more relaxed throughout the day. I was amazed he was able to achieve this through his Japanese style of acupuncture since he only uses a few needles, which makes the experience less daunting and is pain free! Zach has a natural calming presence and helps me understand his assessment - every treatment is comfortable and educational. I have been recommending him to my family and friends and they have had positive experiences as well.

I came to try some Japanese acupuncture with Zach while I was going through a bunch of work related stress. He takes the time to understand your needs and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. The treatment itself was surprisingly pleasant and I felt more relaxed almost instantly. Zach is also very knowledgable about his craft and was able to walk me through the process as I was curious about acupuncture in general. Highly recommended especially if you're dealing with any stress or anxiety.

The first time I went to visit Zach I was experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety which was causing nightmares, tension and pain in my jaw. I've had Chinese acupuncture many times in the past, however the Japanese style is quite different with the needles being very light touch. Instead of relieving the symptom, the focus was to bring my nervous system into alignment. By the end of my first session I felt relaxed and calm; after 2 sessions I had noticeably reduced jaw tension and was no longer experiencing nightmares.I highly recommend Zach and his Japanese style - he is a kind, warm and gentle practitioner who provides a safe and comfortable space for healing.

I have had several acupuncture sessions with Zach over the last year, and I have found his use of Japanese acupuncture to be really beneficial. I felt results immediately after my first session and throughout the year. Not only are his sessions effective, but I also found them very calming. He is caring and knowledgeable. Zach's acupuncture service is incredible. For each session, Zach helps to relieve tension from any pressure points I'm feeling that day. I leave each session feeling very relaxed and mentally at peace. I've tried several different acupuncturists and I especially love the Japanese acupuncture techniques that Zach offers - the needles are much smaller than any other acupuncture treatment I've received. I highly recommend going to Zach. He is gentle, calming and his treatment will leave you feeling very relaxed.

I have had prior experiences with Chinese acupuncture but this was my first time experiencing Japanese acupuncture (did not even know this existed!) I was skeptical at first as my past acupuncture experiences had always hurt a lot with the extremely thick needles so it was rather traumatizing.However, this perception changed completely after my first appointment with Zach. Zach was extremely meticulous in understanding my medical history, and during the entire treatment he also made sure that I was comfortable. To be honest, I could barely feel the needle and my body just felt completely relaxed after the treatment. My lower back was at ease immediately.The second time I visited, I was hoping to alleviate the severe food poisoning that I had been having for a week. After Zach’s treatment, I instantly felt the relaxation with my stomach and was completely cured in the matter of a day or two.I’ll highly recommend giving Zach and his treatment a try - you’ll be amazed :)

I'd been told to try acupuncture by countless people and for years before I met Zach and finally went for my first treatment. The Japanese style of acupuncture that he practices is beyond gentle and yet highly effective. Any needle fear I had was irrelevant because I couldn't feel them! I don't always have a specific concern when I book a treatment, but Zach is always able to find an area of unease, treat it, and leave me better than he found me. Zach is a practitioner that you want on your roster!

I suffer from lower back pain since being an arborist is a physically demanding profession. I was managing the pain by taking pain medication but was looking for a more natural solution. A friend recommended Zach to me and after my first treatment, I noticed I had way more movement in my lower back and the pain was virtually gone. I have been going to him since and can truly say he is a miracle worker.
