I don't know the name of the guy who seems to be working here all the time, but he's an absolute beauty. Very helpful, answers every question, and seems to be always happy.Great experience every time I'm sending something out, or picking something up.

Staff is very rude and not answeing properly. Staff is not ready to receive the package and asking the customer to scedule your own adress. I have shipped the item in other address without any issues after 10 mts, you always think about your staffs

If picking up a parcel be sure to arrive 1 hour prior to closing. They do t tell you in any notice that they are UNABLE to give you your parcel an hour before they close!!!! Don't waste gas going

My return package never made it to the seller and my return won't go through because this location lost my package. They also don't answer their phone.

The woman at the store was very rude, and charged more than the listed price on the UPS website for passport photographs.

Very disappointing. I came in with a UPS label pre-printed to return a defective product to the vendor in the US. The man behind the counter seemed nice but a bit slow. Not really the problem. He then said I needed to provide a customs form because it was going to the US. I had no idea what he was referring to. He said, he could take care of it, but I would need to pay. I called the vendor that provided me with the label and they explained that was not necessary as the tracking number showed customs what they needed to know. I asked him again about the situation and he explained their shop only picked up for UPS, it wasn't actually UPS. Another man came in and it sounded like he had a similar problem and the exchange got quite heated.By this point I had been talking to the UPS Store rep, waiting for other customers and talking to the vendor for close to an hour. Keep in mind, everything was ready to go.I finally had had enough when he insisted I would need to pay or get UPS to pick up the package, which also meant I would have to pay.I went my local pharmacy that advertised as a UPS access point after this. She helped me tape the label, scanned it and I was out with a smile in less than 5 min. It would have been one but she took the time to explain why the UPS store did the wrong thing. It was a simple scan and all the tracking and material information was digital. Unbelievable!

It's my second time in dealing with this location. The first time I had a package redirected there. UPS delivery service, which btw has no connection the UPS store, couldn't deliver my package. After I was notified my package was delivered I find that the store refused it without an explanation. The store clerk was cold and unapologetic. I then had the package redirected for pu at the Gladman location.On my second encounter I went to send an envelope overseas. After getting a quote I went online myself and saved around $30. I didn't understand at the time the big discrepancy between the two. Not the same company.After getting a quote, I called a UPS store to see if they could print the package label and was told for a small fee. I get to this location and was told if it's on your phone we wouldn't be able to print it. I was bewildered. Don't you have it in your system. That's when I found out they are not the same company. With out being offered any help and showed any compassion I had to go home and print the label.So if you want UPS to ship a package etc, I wouldn't recommend this location. Also go online and get a quote first.

This location wouldn't take my package. I was under the impression it was because I was not wearing a mask and everyone else in the building was he tried to charge me for packaging when I just got off the phone with the head office and they do not charge you for packaging if it is needed that means bubble wrap etc that goes inside the Box.I have made a formal complaint and they will be reaching out to this location to correct the problem hopefully no one else runs into the same problem. If you are an unmasked person please just be cautious of the way the individual treats you do not stand for it and do not let him charge you for for packaging that is free from the company.Having a handful of gold rings and knowing that he is charging people for packaging that is free shows a lot about the individual and character he is.It don't appreciate being ripped off especially in my own neighborhood.
