Four years ago we contracted another company to do $150k reno and Pierce was here for a few months and often the leader on-site. Since then we have contracted Pierce directly to help with a full basement and subfloor demolish & repair project to fix sewage drains. Build a dock / crib and an enclosed garden. Pierce is skilled, efficient friendly and fairly priced.
