Previous hair color had a strong orange / yellow undertone. Was able to successfully neutralize to a cooler undertone (without bleaching) and restore hair texture / shine.

I never had such a bad hair wash experience. Who wash hair with gloves! I feel like it was such an insult. She puts shampoo and water all over my ears and neck I feel like I just had a shower at the salon. Anyway, it was the worst hair wash experience. For the price you pay and the service you get is such a disappointment. Other than the person who wash my hair, the stylist is professional and listen to your need.
