Have to say I was impressed with the customer service I received. The young lady at the cash attempted to help me and with the help of Ella going above and beyond to help me find a receipt in their system as my shoe was defected and needed to be replaced. I also want to mention the support I received from Nicholas in the shoe department. I hope these individuals are recognized for their ability to listen and give great customer service. Employees like this are hard to fine in such a competitive market. Thanks again

Sport Chek employs some very high quality people. In particular, Zane at the bike shop is very knowledgeable and helpful. He's the reason Sport Chek gets 5 stars from me. Give him a raise, Sport Chek.I purchased a Nakamura Agyl 24 for my daughter (10). Zane was very helpful with purchasing and later picking up after the build was complete. All around good experience."

Not a pleasant online and in-store experience. For one sweater, I ordered 3 times. One with three obvious holes I guess is security tag. 2nd time I received the size is large while I ordered is small. I took these two online sweaters to the store, one of the cashiers Jxxxx insist on a receipt that I didn't receive in store before, I tried to show other receipts and bank records. I emailed to complaint this experience online and got a confirmation on October 7 without a follow up. For an online order, cost my time and gas to the store and had like 20 to 30 minutes negotiation with the store. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service - the manager she was very rude and lacked any people skills. I will not be shopping at the upper canada location.On a positive the cashiers were very lovely and could tell they felt uncomfortable with the manager as she was very unfriendly.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Nikan while purchasing a new pair of basketball shoes. I was in between sizes so he ensured that I had every shoe in a smaller and larger size for comparison.He was incredibly personable, helpful, and expedient. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I hope to have him again when I need more shoes.Thank you Nikan!

This has to be one of the biggest Sport Chek I have visited. Each Sport Chek is a little different. This location has moved a couple of times and I think now has a home in the Upper Canada Mall. I have bought sport support socks here before and had great service. This location seems to be heavy in shoes and clothing. Very clean, well lighted and very well merchandised.

Just went to Sportchek to pick up some new work shoes, I don’t know what happened but we met Nikan and he seemed to drop everything to help us. Such a refreshing experience, he went above and beyond to find us the perfect shoes at an incredibly good price. We ended up buying two pairs he was so helpful. I couldn’t find the manager to compliment him in person, but I am pumped with my purchase and the service was a refreshing change. Cheers mate!
