I had a very positive experience with a recent auto purchase with Mars. I had a vehicle in mind which I came to see and test drive. I returned the following day and Faisal was fine with me taking the car to my mechanic for a check-over. The few issues, which likely would have been caught in the certification process anyway, were all taken care of as part of the purchase. Once we got the car home, we noticed that one direction of the side mirror adjustment button was not functioning and had been missed during certification. I reached out to Faisal and he arranged for us to drop the car off and took care of it for us quickly. Overall a very smooth and satisfying transaction. Thank you Faisal and Mars Auto!

Faisal at Mars Autos is professional and courteous. A few minor glitches with my new van came up and he went above and beyond to take care of me and provide a safe vehicle for my young family. He even provided us with a rental vehicle when he needed to keep mine for the day to do work. He has responded to text messages late in the evening when I expected to get a response the next morning. Bought my first car from here in april, was amazing for the value. While it did have some issues those issues were in fact on fords end of things not faisals. When I brought it into to do a trade in for anbigger vehicle as my family got bigger faisal was more than helpful with picking the right vehicle and I have had absolutely no issues with the new car what so ever, thanks for the great car and the great experience.
