Picked up a cake here last minute for my daughters birthday as everything I had planned became a huge gong show and I was hoping this would be a redemption piece however I was quickly corrected with a huge fail! The cake was by far the most disgusting ice cream cake we have ever had. Not only was it way over coated with icing but the whole thing tasted so freezer burned it must have melted and refrigerator in the freezer like 6 months ago, or atleast thats what I think it would taste like. It was a small cake that cost 30$ and I think my daughter would much rather have aten 2 bite brownies cuz she was not happy at all. Thanks alot to this location as this was our first and definitely last time in this location!

As much as I normally enjoy Dairy Queen I stopped going here. The quality is just too inconsistent.I've ordered the same thing (flamethrower with fries) every time I've been here and every time gotten a different burger. It was tolerable until I got one of their random variations that tasted aggressively bad. Somehow they've managed to hire people that can't replicate a fast food recipe.I'd recommend going to the local A&W instead. I've ordered many times there and only had one bad experience.

Easiest way the express my displeasure is you should close down. Your wait times are Over 15min that's including the 5min we waited that the speaker to be asked what we want . Your staff don't know what they are doing trying to figure out what they are handing out and very slow. Close down reevaluate your process and maybe 2024 would be your year. Please don't ask to contact me as I won't be back..... btw this is after multiple trips we finally give up.

I received a cold hamburger again. I thought it was just a mistake the first time. It is more than just disgusting its a food safety concern. I couldn't finish it on either occasion. Don't come here for a hot meal

I’ve always appreciated the service I’ve received. They’re friendly and personable, and quick at the same time. That being said, their food has been cold many times, and once, my burger bun was moldy. Not just a little bit- bottom and top and underneath. Needless to say, I didn’t visit for a while after that. Also, every single time I walk in, all I smell is stinky bathroom. The last time I walked in, turned around and walked back out. It completely turned me off from being hungry. That should be dealt with immediately. I would love to go there more often, but the quality of food, and that smell had turned me off gif a while.

I bought a 6 piece chicken strip basket to share with my daughter. I figured I’d give her the chicken strips since I can’t eat gluten, and split the fries. There was hardly any fries with the meal. Not going here again. Not worth it

Absolutely horrible. Forgotten item in my order, went back but they were already closed and the staff was laughing at me. Food was disgusting. The gravy had an odour to it, smelled absolutely horrible. Wasted my time and money. Never going back.
