Diego did an amazing job changing both of my front wheel bearings on my 2004 Toyota Echo Hatchback in a timely manner ! He was great help and provided outstanding customer service for such a last minute appointment. Definitely getting all my maintenance and car services done at this location !

I got my car serviced here not long ago and it was incredible. The people, the service and just the atmosphere overall was amazing. I will definitely be coming here for my services from now on. Diego Ordonez was very kind and friendly. He explained to me everything that I had questions about. Came into Oakville Toyota with my Chevy truck because I picked up a large bolt in my tire minutes before. I needed it fixed right away as I had a big trip ahead of me. Even though I had never been to this location before, Diego the service advisor agreed to help me out right away and take care of the issue to get me back on the road. Diego provided great service and agreed to help me out right away. If it wasn’t for their help I would have been changing the tire on the side of the road.

I love Toyota vehicles but I do not like many of the Toyota dealerships, and this is one of them. They make it so difficult to go to a dealership to get the oil change, they are so busy trying to upsell you for everything. It’s actually a pain.One dealership I’d avoid.

It was a great experience. Got our Toyota Venza 2022 in May and our product advisor is Hussein Fakih. He has excellent customer service from start to finish. He made us feel at ease in an instant and was extremely knowledgeable. His attention to details was evident plus he also assisted us with matters even after sales which we are happy about.
