Edit: After having an issue with holding onto a camera for me, Pawn Pals contacted me shortly after and offered ne a killer deal on another identical camera but with more additional goodies at the same price! With putting so much effort towards customer satisfaction, I'm glad to give them 5 stars for always caring about their customer base. Awesome people! Amazing service!

I had long been searching for a great deal on Car Audio for the Summer. The gentleman assisting me was highly professional and offered honest advice and explained audio terms to me in understandable language as he could tell I was not extremely audio savvy. He further went on to demonstrate the quality of the audio systems first hand to help me make a more informed decision based on the sound quality I could hear. This was outstanding customer service as he went above and beyond. I have not had any problems since purchasing all the equipment. The neat thing, they have an array of products at great deals so I happened to big up a 40 Inch Sony Bravia TV for my father while being there. Will revisit in the future for more deals.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Purchased a 2.1 powered stereo unit through them online, and couldn't have had a better experience. Great communication, before purchasing, to answer some questions I had. Then, after buying, they thoroughly inspected everything, and noticed a loose connection on the sub/amplification unit — rather then just send it out, already having my money, they informed me of the issue, and offered to either fully refund me, or give me a partial refund and still send the unit. I asked them some more questions to determine if I wanted it, could repair the issue, etc, and they promptly inspected it further and got back to me. I ended up buying it, and it arrived quickly. To me, the issue was fixable, and I now have a nice sounding little computer setup in the office. This isn't the kind of customer service you get from most businesses nowadays, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again, or recommend to others. Thanks Pawn Pals!

Excellent prices and customer service! Shawn helped me buy a 3DS XL and Super Smash Bros. He was very friendly and his knowledge of the system was impressive. He also went through the trouble to ensure I was getting a fully-functional 3DS! I highly recommend checking this place out.

Love this place, great service and items for sell. The prices are good and there is plenty of parking up front. These guys definitely know what they're doing. I know I'm going back to pickup a few items.

Nice place with good selection of electronics and music related products. They have good policy as well. Most importantly the staff is super friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person.

Not even 1 star at this point. Shipped my phone to me during the first Covid locked down. The phone was stolen en route at some point apparently. Had no recourse till about almost a year later and refunded me 1/3 of the value of my phone ( at the time was 2 months old brand new)After talking to COUNTLESS people and being out of the country I advised I would be back to pick up my other items. Said many times DONT SELL. I thought we understood each other. I learned that they sold one of my items over the weekend. no mention of ANYTHING being sold and am told that because of there move they had to make difficult decisions..Your business and their decisions have resulted in multiple loses for me. I should have learned my lesson after my phone was stolen.

I have never been to a pawn shop before but Pawn Pals has outstanding customer service and an abundance of product that I had to express my experience.From my very first visit, everyone has been very welcoming and knowledgable about all of the products that they carry. They provide a great deal of products from brand new tooth brushes to snow blowers, and everything in between. The prices are reasonable and as their slogan, Pals don't let pals pay retail" it says it all!Every time I've visited the store

One of the best experience i've had recently.I've bought a fluke multimeter from them, and it is in mint condition. The price and quality were beyond my expectations.They shipped everything to me in Quebec, took a mere two days to get here.I had never bought from a pawn shop, nor have i been in their store, but the online experience is stellar, and i will actually have a look at their products every now and again before making a final purchase.I strongly reccomend the experience to anybodyThe staff on the phone was also stellar, even took the effort to say thanks in french, which is, even though not required, a very nice touch!
