Excellent products. Excellent service. We bought a Faux Window and supplied a couple of pictures for the insert. We had some questions which were fully answered within an hour. When the Window arrived it was everything we'd hoped for. We have added a small kitchen in our basement and this Faux Window makes it feel like we're looking out over a wonderful view while we're doing dishes. I highly recommend the Faux Window and Prime Light Boxes.

Ordered 2 panels for some backlit stone and they look great! Transformer provided looks to be high quality. Would use them again for sure.

I am very happy with the faux window I bought! I got it for my office, since I don't have a real window, and was really struggling with the confinement. I bought this to try and boost my mental state, even if the light was faked, and I get compliments on it regularly from other people at work, and do feel that it has had a positive impact on my mental health! It is generally of a high quality, quite heavy actually, and the print looks great (I picked from a stock photo and got just a portion which was nice flexibility). People often ask if it's digital & if I could change the picture, which unfortunately is not the case, but that goes to show that the print quality is good, and I'm happy with the image I picked!The only thing that keeps me from being 100% happy with it was some of the add ons" -- I was quite disappointed to be charged later for the poster prints 1) due to a website error despite 2) it not being clear that even *one* was extra money

I love the faux window. It's the perfect addition to my windowless office space at home. I've only had great comments about it (most people think it's a real window when in a virtual meeting). The product was exactly as advertised and is of great quality. I had selected a picture for the poster in the light box and the print quality is also great. I communicated with the company to have an update on my order and they answered a few hours later. Shipping was fast, packaging was adequate and installation was very simple!
