I went to Custom Orthotics of London with my mother who needed to have a custom brace created and fitted. All of the staff were great, Barb & Irene were friendly and helpful but Maddison was especially accommodating and skilled making several adjustments on my mothers brace the very same day so that my she could go on her vacation with her brace well fitted. We would certainly recommend.

Our daughter was born with some pretty severe facial asymmetry, and we were directed to London Custom Orthotics by our paediatrician to get her a cranial helmet.She wore it exactly 5.5 months and went from 21mm to 2.78mm asymmetry and we could not be more happy with the results.The staff was awesome and Katie made us feel like family. I am so glad that we chose to use this clinic to help our baby girl.Thank you for everything!

I have been bringing my son here to see Dawn for over 15 years for AFOs, KAFOS, and helmet. Katie and Dawn did a great job on my sons cranial remodeling. Our primary care was looked after by katie and in all honesty she is amazing. She always makes time for her clients, whether it's an issue after hours, a smiling face at your visit or the kindness she shares with everyone of her patients. Appointments were always on schedule, very responsive, and when any issues arise she always does her best to squeeze you in. Our sons head is as perfect as we could have asked for. All of this is due to katie and her team!Thanks katie- even though our journey is over we will miss our visits to the office.Much love,The Meharg-Colwells

My 1 year old got a helmet at 6 months and it worked amazingly and the staff are super personable!!! I enjoyed my visit every month as the orthotics specialist also has young kids and is super friendly! Highly recommend this place!!!! I’ll definitely go back if I need to

They were able to provide a couple of creative solutions tailored to my specific needs that have worked out wonderfully. I have been a client of Custom Orthotics for over 25 years. With their expertise I've been able to stand on my feet all day for work, and walk for miles. I really appreciate the efforts made to fit the orthotics to my own footwear but they also can source some really attractive and fun shoes that don't look therapeutic!
