REQUEST TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP BUT FUNDS STILL REMOVED FROM ACCOUNT. THEY'LL STEAL YOUR MONEY OVER AND OVER AGAINI contacted Sigung David Hackett in July 2022 via email and requested that no more payment be retrieved from my account as my daughter father was going to continue payments from his account Sigung David Hackett should have provide some form for me to complete at that time but after 2 weeks of no reply I followed up with another email to confirm my request was received still no reply or form was provide for me to complete. My daughters father decided to stop attending Kitchener Kicks as the commute was to much for him. On July 15, 2022 Kitchener Kicks took a payment from my account at this point my daughter had not been to any classes since June 20, 2022 (these funds I understand as I had not yet request to cancel the membership ) but from July 15, 2022- Aug 15, 2022 my daughter didn't attend any classes I sent another email on July 25, 2022 requesting to cancel the membership still no reply. Sigung David Hackett finally replied back to me on Aug 15, 2022 and provide me with a Request to cancel membership request form Sigung David Hackett mentioned that my daughter had not been to any classes since June 2022 I completed and sent back (This form should have been provide sooner but Sigung David Hackett waited until the day payment was due then sent the form knowing that the form has a 30 day minimum to cancel a memberships) on August 15, 2022 they attempted to take another payment from my account with was returned for NSF. Then on August 23, 2022 they took another payment from my account. At this point my daughter hadn't been to a class since June 2022 yet Kitchener Kick continues to take funds from my account. I've consider closing my bank account due to the fact that they continue to remove funds which would be so inconvenient for me but Kitchener Kicks has no compassion for members.

Kitchener Kicks is very accommodating to your time schedule. They have a really authentic family feel, you'll make friends as soon as you join and everyone is very welcoming. for anyone interested in doing a fun and unique sport i highly recommend Kitchener Kicks.

This place really makes you feel like you belong and makes you feel like we’re one big happy family. The head instructor is also super nice and understanding. Great facility and great instructors and training.

Great clean safe environment to work out in.

Excellent academy. After many academies we finally found the right one. Very disciplined and teach the kids how to follow the rules. Totally recommend

A great place to bring your child to learn and experience martial arts!Sigung David is very friendly and always there to help his students! His staff is no different!A very relaxed, yet still structured environment where you can train in martial arts!

It is very affordable for the training they give

This dojo does not have a schedule option for student unavailable on Saturdays. Not a good option for part the scheduled parents.

Everyone here is friendly, welcoming and supportive. It's a great environment to be a part of. The trainers are knowledgeable and give constructive feedback to each individual on their technique. I took off 1 star because I feel they lack conditioning here which makes it a fairly easy workout. As a student here, I dont feel like I'm being pushed to reach my highest potential when it comes to physical fitness but their instruction in the arts is very good. If they put more energy into strength/stamina training and were more consistent in flexibility training I would give them 5 stars.
