Great service to quickly print a big poster. Life saver!

Today I was running late for my appointment and had to print some documents earlier morning. Since Staples wouldn’t open earlier than 10 am, I had to step out of my comfort zone and explore other local stores. After TPH The Printing House said they would charge me minimum for 15$ regardless of the number of the pages I printed and they would at least 30 minutes to take care of my business, I visited Printplus. Although the self-service printing computer was a bit old and hard to work with but there was an Iranian nice lady who noticed I was in rush without even me mentioning anything about it. She tried to be patient, friendly, and helpful. That Persian lady even let me use their wifi on my computer since one of my documents was missing in my email and I only had it on my laptop. She even didn’t waist a second of my time for counting the number of pages I printed, she kindly asked an approximate number and I let her charge me for whatever amount she thought would be right.She was a release for me today. I would definitely come back to the stores that have helpful understanding staff like this!

Went in this morning for a baby passport photo. Although being open for two hours, the front door was locked as the worker was having a personal facetime conversation on her cell phone. After she saw us at the front door, she finally let us in. She got the photo station set up and then received another personal call which she answered and continued to talk. What felt like almost 10 minutes of us waiting with an infant, we finally got up and left as we couldn’t keep our baby waiting for much longer. She didn’t once apologize or explain herself when we said we were leaving. The best part is she was speaking in Farsi with her friend and thought I wouldn’t understand her conversation, however I am Persian as well. Terrible customer service - I am not one to write reviews but this was just completely unprofessional.

I used this printer to print some handouts for a Funeral. When I received them I was disappointed as they didn’t line up to fold evenly. When I called, the owner explained I gave him a print ready file and it was due to my file not his printing. He heard my frustration and offered to find a solution- I brought them back and he trimmed them for me in just a few minutes and they line up now. I really appreciated his customer service and willingness to help make my print job right. Price was less than other nearby printing services including staples. Many thanks!!

$10 for two pieces of paper (start machine cost - is that even a real fee?)Don't go here unless you really have to

Never recommend this place.I payed about 8$ for 10pages of letter size print black n white! They put a computer and said you need to insert your flash to it.after finishing they said as we wrote on the window above the computer its this much for 15mins or less usage of this computer as well.Together I had to pay 8$! I could buy 4000pages of letter size paper with this price!

I've gone to this place many times and they always complete my print jobs very efficiently. Compared to other print shops in downtown Vancouver their pricing is very reasonable. Very good quality prints too! I will be coming back!
