It's A Child's World Family Day Home Agency

This day home agency is terrible. Very unprofessional and disorganized (they accused me of forgetting to pay when I always paid on time). My children ended up in a day home with a TV that supervised them with no outside time. By the 6th week my son cried and screamed when we pulled up and would no longer return. They have very low standards for their caregivers. Very much regret trusting their care. Look elsewhere for an agency.

Great agency. Megan was such a doll helping me look a day home I would be comfortable with! Definitely relives the stress of look for a suitable home to keep your little precious ones in! Always a positive experience with this agency, especially when dealing with Megan.

Fantastic agency! My kids love attending and always come Away happy! My consultant Megan has gone above and beyond especially when I was looking for back up care. There is always great communication from the staff and agency with multiple check ins throughout the year. The agency has taken so much stress off my plate. I would 100% recommend!

This is a wonderful agency and we can't say enough about our particular dayhome provider Imelda Ciano. They made the transition of going to dayhome so easy and our daughter is excited to go. Her speech and vocabulary have also exploded since being in dayhome. We love the constant updates and pictures Imelda provides to us and the agency has been great with follow up and handling the ever changing COVID situation. We highly recommend this agency to anyone.

This agency is amazing- as someone who works In the education industry kit was important to find a place where my sons physical needs were met but also his social and emotional needs. We have been with this agency for 3 years and have loved every minute. His educator is dedicated, compassionate, caring and vigilant. She goes above and beyond and knows my son better than most family. We consider her part of our family. When he started there after Covid- he was on the 13th percentile for speech. We of course (like most) were on a wait list- fast forward 5 months- when his name came up for assistance they re-assessed and he was at the 87th percentile!!! Now some of that was maturity and some of it was being around people again but with 1000% certainty I can say that it was also because of the hard work of his educator. She worked hard and diligently with him on sounds and letters and now he is rocking and rolling ready for kindergarten! She was also our potty training angel! Asked us our method and how she could help!!! We have had nothing but amazing experiences with her.Now to the office staff- if it weren’t for Karen helping us get subsidy and helping us navigate the government incentives we would still be paying full price! She had nothing to gain by doing so! They have been beyond flexible and the communication between agency and parents is bar none! If your looking for somewhere that will take your kids and nurture and love them as if they were their own! This is the place!!!

I've had nothing but good experiences with my dayhome provider and the agency in the 4 months since we started using them. The agency is always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I am new to the whole process of child care and have found it to be a trying and difficult process. Megan of It's a Child's World Day Home is AMAZING!!!Even though I have not even signed up with this agency, Megan has been relentless in helping me find just the right fit for my young son and I with my crazy schedule.Megan goes above and beyond to help her perspective client families and it is clear that she genuinely cares about people. Her kind and friendly demeanor are a most welcome type of communication in a care world that in my previous experience seems to care only about the money.I don't thinks it's appropriate for one client's experience of poor communication with one day home provider within the agency to have the power to reflect so negatively on the agency as a whole, which is why I posted this today. Keep up the good work Megan!!

My son was with his dayhome for 2.5 years and we have nothing but positive things to say. Alona at Mabuhay dayhome treats the children like family in the best way possible. He always came home happy, well fed with tons to say about his day. Not once did I worry or question the care he received or his safety. We definitely miss her!

Terrible agency as they are highly unprofessional. Initially, it started out okay up until my niece came home unhappy and when we approached the situation, it was was very poorly dealt with. I will not post what exactly went on due to the fact that when we all including myself approached the situation, the staff were highly unprofessional and we’re very defensive. Unfortunately I have tried to reach out once again to complain and bring this situation to an end but it was swept under the rug and got turned around saying how no one else is complaining so why are we??? They support their staff to be uncaring as they handle children improperly and stand by it. Do not bring your kids here.

I have asked many times for updates on my childrens activities, pictures and things their mother receives. All my requests for these updates have fallen on deaf ears. UPDATE - Thank you for finally providing my fiance and myself updates. Our issue was not FOIP related in how your described. It was my fiancee who is acknowledged as a care giver, who was asking for clarification on why we were not receiving updates like other parents and their mother; pictures, etc. My multiple requests to both agent, and your office were previously ignored on this topic. Then the agent had relayed the conversation onto my ex-wife who had no reason to be involved in that conversation. This I believe is not professional behavior.
