I’m quite disappointed with the GCS company. As a contractor for Telus 5G network, we were advised by the onsite GCS Superintendents they would return in the spring to mitigate the two access sites which they dug up on our property. After numerous attempts to contact GCS, it clear they have no interest in mitigating this matter.

I had an issue with one of the workers this morning and Mark was very apologetic and quick to deal with the problem. Excellent customer service and excellent professionalism from this company. Unfortunately, the actions of workers are out of management and owners control but the response received was 10 out of 10.

I'm really concern with the fiber optic install on my property. the front yard was never completed satisfactory. Now a white truck is parked beside my house., making it extremely hard to shovel the sidewalk for the city.

I had GCS out to construct a deck and fence at my place. They were excellent. The product was great and the crew was professional. Steve was very helpful going through all the options for deck design and composite board style. I would recommend this company.

The crew were working on my front yard and the next thing I know the sprinkler head was leaking and out of Adjustment one call they came back replaced and readjusted the head.No fears, No concerns my advice to Neighbors and who ever that needs to deal with them.Cooperative and pleasant.
