Multiple issues with a lack of responsiveness from Holland Homes. Very disappointing.

We do have a beautiful home. Will not argue that. However the issue lies in there customer service after purchasing. It’s been over a year and we still have unresolved issues from our initial walk through. Their rep will constantly make excuses why things cannot be solved. For instance. Our kitchen island was damaged on one side and a panel needed replacing. It took them 4 attempts to fix and we now have a shelf that is damaged because a screw wasn’t installed correctly. We’ve had water leaks and many other issues including them recommending a tankless heater that wasn’t adequately sized for our house. When we called enercare to replace they informed us we have the wrong size and to switch would cost $500. Holland homes assumed zero responsibility and the cost was all on us. I definitely expected more from builder of a home just under 1.6 million dollars. I cannot recommend Holland homes. Also we’ve purchased from City homes and halminen and have had no such issue.

The best in the business. If you are looking for a home that your friends are going to be jealous of then you want to live in a Holland Home. It's as simple as that!

Blocking sidewalk employee was aggressive. New build on corner of kendalwood.
