Ordered a fries supreme with no beef or beans, when I received my order I asked to reconfirm, and they nodded. I took their word for it and didn’t bother checking. When I got back to work it had beef. Tried to call back to notify and no answer.

I went to Kentuckey chicken which also includes Taco bell. It is located in the food court of woodbine mall. Accessible via esculators and evelator.

I have been a few times to this location. The staff is nice, and the food comes fairly quickly. Second to last time I went they did not get my order right at the end of the night, and thusly were not able to remake my item. It was taken off the bill and I was offered a free one which they honoured on my next return a few weeks later.

Friendly service but don't go unless you wanna wait 20+ minutes for 5 items. This has happened every time I've gone. Completely understaffed & disorganized. Service is out of order where everybody else gets their food before yours even though you ordered long before them. & expect them to get your order wrong too! It's just chaotic... They're always forgetting items for me.

I go to this KFC/Taco Bell way more than I'd like to admit, and normally have a great experience - tonight ruined it for me, never going back to this one. Ordered a Chicken Bowl Fill-Up meal and 2 beef burritos. The new kid behind the counter was pretty unprofessional, and clearly not attentive.Anyways, so, I pay, and about a minute later the kid comes back with a bag of food. I thought to myself Hmm

I love this location. It has a very funny guy taking your order and they prepare your food fairly good and quick. The quality is very good but sometimes, they take a whole 15 minutes for a order. That takes one star away but I recommend this one.

Order was taken and made incorrectly with the soft tacos we ordered.The supreme fries we received tasted like it was made earlier but forgotten to give to a customer so they gave it to us, it tasted really bad, and dry.Not to mention the Crunchwrap supreme tacos, had barely any beef in it, and was also dry.Very, VERY bad quality, quite the unpleasant service at this location.
