Used to be a great place to get stuff in bulk for cheap, but nowadays they often charge 1.5x the price of pre-packaged goods at a grocery store.

Very nice and helpful employees. I generally buy a case of a couple different products and they automatically give the 10% discount. They always seem to have the aisles, bins, scoops and floors clean. Generally the bins are fully stocked up with fresh products. I always wait for the coupons through email or you can print them right off their website. Baking Paradise! You can also rent odd/large/regular baking pans from them for under $2 a day!!

Bulk barn is a store of its own kind. One can find nuts of different kinds, assorted chocolates, topiings for ice cream, several kind of oils, flours, spices, dried fruits (apricots) and many other items. It provides varied choices in dry fruits at very reasonable price (see the attached images). Staff is helpful.

I'm from the US and I wish that bulk Barn was near me. This is the greatest store I've ever been to for baking and cooking needs. There are things that are just hard to find in bulk! There are things I've never heard before and things that I didn't know existed at all. They put the candy and snacks front and center but this place is really a bakers Paradise. They have all different kinds of flour and sugars and nuts and chocolates and snacks. I wish I could just buy everything. I was really impressed how clean everything was and how organized. If you like to bake or have allergies to specific things and cook for your self then this is the place to go. Everything was reasonably priced and I got a pound of maple flakes which is evaporated maple syrup. I can't wait to try them on cookies or ice cream. The man at the counter was even nice enough to give me a coupon. Overall amazing store for baking and ingredients. I wish there was bulk Barn in the states.

You can find any kind of nuts here at affordable prices. The staff members are really friendly too.

Love this place. Prices are great for small quantities, where you'll only need a little of each ingredient for a single recipe. Great selection of everything from baking ingredients to snacks to tea and obscure health foods.They also have a reusable container program where you can bring containers to the cashier, they'll inspect it then put stickers indicating what the weight the container is. You can fill the foods up with your own containers, my containers had notches to show volume of contents so you can keep track of how many cups or ml you're putting in. When you're done, bring the containers to the cashier where they'll tare it according to the stickers from earlier.

This is a nice place if you go shopping there. We usually do for quite a few things. We ordered online for pickup but seems like the person who gets your stuff doesn't care about cross contamination. Last time my wife bought a spice along with nuts and chips. All the chips and nuts taste got the flavor of the spice. Seems like the person collecting the stuff got the spice first and then the rest of the items without changing the scoop. I'm even concerned if that won't ruin the whole thing at the store.

Overall, the company prices are cheaper than grocery store. You have a great selection as well. Multiple types of flours, coffees, teas, spices, cooking powders , dry goods and candy. So 5 stars for Bulk Barn as a company.However this specific location frequently has their bulk snack products (chips, cheezies, cereals) taste slightly 'off' and not fresh.Also, generally unfriendly cashier staff. She was pretty abrupt and rude when I had asked her a question about a flyer coupon.Not the first time we have encountered less than welcoming cashiers.So far only good customer experience was from an older male who was working in the back and he had come out to restock something. He answered my question enthusiastically and was very friendly and I felt welcomed.Wish they would put him at cash instead of the rude, university student girls that have attitude.If it weren't for the convenience of location, I would not be returning simply due to lack of freshness in certain goods and generally unfriendly female staff.

I went to this store at 4:30 on a Friday. It was quite busy, clean, provides sanitizer and gloves. The guy who served me was incredibly polite and I had an overall pleasant experience.I will be back!
