Worst Philly cheese steak I've ever had. There was hardly any steak it was all onion and green pepper. I ordered a poutine and the fries taste like they've been sitting for hours. I was told by the manager Too bad for you we've never had complaints before". I do not recommend this place to anyone! HORRIBLE!"

Owner was such a delight! Hand cut fries, really Canadian cheese curds and gravy!!! Philly bun/pork from Philadelphia! The BEST!!! We recommend this to anyone who wants a true experience.

Ordered lunch through Skip. Forgot the gravy and dumped so much salt on the meal that it was inedible. Will never order from here againResponse to comment from store: I didn't order pouting. I order chicken straps and fries with a side of gravy. I didn't order a cup of salt with it either.

Placed my order, 4 people that ordered aftsr me got their food first, and when they finally called me over, they had forgotten i ordered a poutine completely, and then asked me to wait even longer. All in all it took just over 20 minutes to get my food and the fries werent even fully cooked. They have lost me as a customer

They can’t seem to get our order right ever and shows up soggy 100% of the time. Would not recommend. Would give zero stars if it was an option for how consistently bad it is. The idea of what they offer is great, their execution is terrible.Edit: Still terrible regardless of how much sauce and you can’t follow basic instructions on how to make a sandwich.

Ordered the buy 1 get 1 free Philly cheesesteak. Only received 1 when 2 was clearly marked on the order. Order arrived cold. Very skimpy on the toppings on the 1 sandwich that did arrive. Hardly any cheese curd on the pouting. Steak tasted a bit off from what it should have. All around a bad experience this time. Only takes 1 bad experience. Won't be ordering from here again. I gave 1 star because they use to be a not bad place and zero stars was not an option. Staff need to read orders properly because when you screw up a person's lunch order they tend to get hungry and don't want excuses or apologies....they want their food. Philthy's failed today.

I had never been to this location before., It's right beside a gas station and a Mary Brown's chicken place.I ordered a philly cheesteak along with a poutine. Both were invidually $6 plus tax due to a Tuesday only special. The sandwich was small but very tasty. The poutine was a great deal for $6: the gravy was tasty and the amount of cheese was adequate.I have found my new philly cheesteak place! Delicious.

Good food, good sandwich. I give 3 stars based on quality of service. I placed my pick up order over phone, while talking to me the person was also talking to other staff member which create confusion. The person had called me back to reconfirm condiment, sauce in my sandwich. Picked up my order, I had to remind them to upgrade my fries to poutine. I would suggest to standardized phone order process.
