Frauds. Predatory service whose attendants have zero awareness as to where people go once they leave their vehicle. Ticket first ask questions later mentality. Should not be my duty (as per the Canadian criminal code) to prove my whereabouts (innocent until proven guilty). My egg salad sandwich from Safeway cost $86 I guess.

I had payed for 2 hours of parking downtown Calgary. After I had gotten back to my car long before my time was up, I had a ticket on my windshield for a license that wasn’t even mine. The representative had taken a picture of my plate and imputed the wrong license plate seconds after. I then called to get it voided and dealt with a very rude customer service representative on the phone. Please avoid parking in any parking lots represented by this company

I parked at MacDonald to have my dinner, i found a ticket in customer parking its a customer parking .. i emailed them just to investigate as they can see me eating inside the restaurant by the camera.. she said give us the receipt it was already inside the garbage " and this is their final decision.. this company has no respect when they deal with the people just do their best to give you their instructions even though they were wrong. . I went to MacDonald and they simply checked the camera and found me that i was eating there and they cancelled the ticket."

Zero stars should be an option here. The unjustly hand out tickets. Then when you appeal it, they give no response and then charge a late fee because it wasn't 'paid' on time. Try to argue with them that you were in the store and they ask for a receipt. Nobody carries receipts anymore, so you provide a bank statement showing the payment and they say not good enough. I generally have respect for all workers regardless of their job, but it's hard to respect anyone who works here.

Used a safeway parking lot to find a product, the product was not available so I did not have a receipt. They refused to cut the ticket. And attempted to bully me on the phone for asking questions about it.

Don't use their lots, if you can identify them and their 'rules' clearly. They have one service. Exploit and kick you to the curb. Their is no reasonableness, not empathy, and the rudest, uneducated, judgemental staff. Their only service is taking advantage and exploiting you. Don't support lots or plazas they reside. That they are still around must mean their partners are just as crooked. I WOULD GIVE NO STARTS BUT HAVE NO CHOICE.

If you ever give them your credit card information to apply for monthly parking you absolutely need to change your credit card and speak to your bank ASAP! As they will continue to charge you without any authorization. The customer service is atrocious from the moment you sign up to when you have issues, they take no regards of what you tell them.

Evil, money grabbing company. Shame on Safeway to hire them and fine people. As soon as you walk of a parking lot they come and ticket you. And generally fines are $40 this guys start at $63. Hope they go bankrupt, seems like they are leeches waiting for you to take one wrong step and they will come fine you. MORALLY BANKRUPT OWNER

Hey, just a reminder that these private parking companies have no authority over your license or vehicle. You do not have to pay this as it is equal to a scam. Just avoid parking where you recieved the ticket as they are trying to scam as many people as possible.
