Worst to deal with Karolina Cichorczyk and Claimspro. Rude, unprofessional, gives you least details possible, hard to reach, except when they want you to sign documents about not pursuing anymore complaints against their client. Worst adjusters you could have got. They call themselves independent... really ?. Worst service from one of the employee (Employees 1st name is Dave) Unfair, mistreatment, unprofessional, contemptuous are what to expect if you ever have to deal with this company for your insurance claim.

Could not be more disappointed in Shawn Roy and Claimspro. After loosing our home and pets to a fire this past May they have made a devastating experience much worse. Their promise to help us rebuild our lives has been a nightmare in fact simply getting a reply is nearly impossible. They are most definitely not here to help us at all. I expect to get what I pay for with very high insurance premiums and will follow through legally if required.

I totally agree , I have a friend of mine who has very bad experience with this company. I think the adjuster's name was Dave Copp. Avoid this company specially if you have this Guy as adjuster.
