Evan and Wayne were great to work with. Right from inquiring on different models, to selecting the right bike for me, ordering in new, delivery, and pickup. The whole process was seamless and a great experience.

No one offered to help me as I walked around in circles looking for a woman's one piece about suit. I found a rack of men's suits and finally just walked out, also with no recognition. Went to Rec Supply and bought a suit as the staff was very helpful, friendly, and showed me options I could order if they didn't have what I was looking for. I'm disappointed, I've been on Polaris sleds for almost a decade now yet every dealership I go to acts like I don't exist. Sorry guys, you missed out on this sale!

Purchased a 2021 Polaris 850 touring here and had great service. We purchase all our snowmobile and quad parts here too. Helpful over the phone and willing to go the extra mile to help a person out!

Proline Motorsports and marine has been the BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT we have ever dealt with. Completely useless. The only contact was when we contacted them until the sled showed up. Not even an ounce of effort from anyone. Just brushed off. We spoke with multiple other dealers that were more helpful than Proline and we had no prior communication with them. They simply helped for the sake of good customer service. Plus after speaking with the trucking company and finding out a solution. They proceeded to call and ask for 4 sleds (not including ours) to be shipped on a truck. When my mother in law went to pick up the sled today. She asked to speak with the general manager and he wouldn't even acknowledge she was there. What a disappointment for a dealership. On top of that, a big deal was made with the salesman because he didn't want to count cash to pay ( $100 bills.... ) A HUUUGE THANK YOU to All Season Motorsports out of Cranbrook! Your saleswoman we spoke to went above and beyond for her customers and got their sleds delivered in record time, then helped us to get in contact with the right people to get Trevor's sled in. We would still be waiting for it without her!

Big shout out to David in parts at pro line. Dave got me the parts I needed and at very reasonable prices compared to everyone who charged almost double and didn’t even have in stock. David also helped me trouble shoot issues with my boat. Staff were all very knowledgeable and courteous and super helpful. I recommend these guys to anyone. 10 out of 10 for me!!

I had the UTV (side by side) service special done. It was quick and seems to be done right. Service desk was friendly and helpful. Their online price said for $319+tax it covered all supplies and labour. I was charged for an extra L of oil (which they should have know it needed), environmental and shop supplies. I feel it’s dishonest not to just be upfront about the cost and not slip in extra changes. Will make me question their motives every time I shop there again.

This is an excellent dealership for a full range of boats quads and motorcycles. There is even a nice selection of clothing and accessories. The staff and sales crew are very professional and easy to deal with

30 Day warranty on my repair. Way below expectation. My repair on my boat worked one time then failed again. Expected at least a 1 year warranty. Was shocked to find the warranty was only 30 days.
