In spite of delays in availability of materials the Quinn Team worked well cleaned up behind themself every day. All precautions were taken . i really liked the fact Nate took his time to make shure we were pleased and all work was done to his satisfaction too.

Quinn Exteriors LTD recently replaced the roof on my home and detached shop/garage. They were prompt, professional and very courteous. When the job was done they took the time to ensure that the area was cleaned up and any unsafe hazards were removed. I would highly recommend this company for roofing requirements.

I initially contracted Quinn to repair wind damages to my roof. This roof typically sustains wind damage ever few years when spring or autumn winds are high. I was happy with their work, so asked for options to address this. This led to the recommendation of a certain type of metal roof. I asked for an estimate and to see similar work they had done. Both were more than acceptable, in fact both were downright attractive. We arranged a convenient week for the work to be done. They arrived on the date and, despite one day called for weather, still finished work on time. The grounds were thoroughly cleaned of all signs of work and debris. The roof looks magnificent (neighbours are complimenting and asking for Quinn's cards). Also, their work crews were pleasant and efficient.

We highly recommend Quinn Exteriors. They recently replaced the roof on our house, garage, and boathouse with metal and they did a fantastic job. They even did our little outhouse/shed, which we weren't expecting, at no extra charge.We are located about an hour from everywhere, and we even had difficulty getting people to come out and give us a price. Nate was more than happy to make the trip to meet us, discuss the job and make sure that we got a thorough and accurate quote.Other contractors wanted to strap over our old asphalt roof before installing the metal roof. We wanted to strip it back to the plywood and have it done properly. That's the only way Quinn does it and that's the best way.They were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently and they did a complete and thorough cleanup when they were done. A few days after completion our new roof was put to the test with 24 hours of heavy rain and it passed with flying colours.They had to temporarily take down our TV dish, and when it was replaced it was still perfectly aligned. We'd been trying for months to get someone to help repair our leaking chimney, and for months other companies either wouldn't show up when they said they would or would propose solutions that didn't make any sense. Quinn Exteriors took the time to understand the problem, propose a great solution, and were professional in getting it fixed from start to finish. Last week we had Quinn Exteriors repair and re-shingle our roof. We were so impressed again with their work. This is the third job Quinn Exteriors has done for us since August and each job was fantastic. Every person we have dealt with in the office and on the job have been nothing but professional and great to deal with. In the history of owning our home, this is the 3rd roof installation. Without a doubt, this was the best experience.Nate was patient and helpful in choosing shingles. There is a great selection to choose from.The crew that did the work was excellent - they sure know what they are doing! They were friendly, respectful and a pleasure to have here. The cleanup was very thorough.We highly recommend this company!
