I had a pleasant experience with renting a wheelchair from this place. I only needed it for a few days to use for transport and the wheelchair quality is bullet proof. 5 stars for the kind people who runs this place. Ill definitely come back in the future.

Although Dave does seem to know a lot about fixing cables on the Nitro Driver products his professional attitude is less to be desired. He is not consistent with his attitude. He should have been consistent from the start. I wished that I would have been there along side my Parents in picking up the product once it was repaired. Maybe it would have gone smoother in this ever quickly changing world. This has left me with a disappointing experience. That’s ok as I can spend my money else where. Thanks Dave but No Thanks

This was a terrible pharmacy with absolute terrible service. We order compression socks from Nikki and she promised to order the socks and have them arrive in one week. She never gave us a call and 3 weeks later she hasn't even ordered them, instead of being sorry all she said was I'll give you your money back. She was very rude. We went back and she gave us a pair of socks but didn't give us the correct pair and instead gave us whatever left over trash was lying around. We returned them the next day and the gentleman behind the counter was also extremely rude. This happened at the East Broadway location.

At a busy location, this large, long-running medical supply store carries a good selection of items in a spacious environment. Staff was friendly, and helpful to provide suggestions while the cost of the items were reasonable.

Disappointingly poor customer service:- the old lady who works there has no interest in her work. She has no information about products, and does not return phone calls.- they did not call me for my order. Both staff said I have to keep calling back everyday myself.- my order was there and yet she wouldn’t give it to me. She said the manager should take care of it.- the arrived medical device was wrong. Their mistake.- when I gently told the manager about the above matters he said it’s all good and he doesn’t need to know more.Question :- in this day and age that a lot of people are out of work, why is she working there?- I suffered pain for an additional 3 days for their incompetency. Why?

I am undergoing physiotherapy and had some medical equipment to purchase. The kind gentleman at Lancaster was most helpful and I obtained what I required at a fantastic price. Highly recommend.

I would like to share my experience working with Dave in the Burnaby location. I am a travel agent from West Virginia USA. I have a client who is sailing on an Alaskan cruise from Vancouver. She has a medical need and a critical piece of equipment was inadvertently left at home. It was discovered after they were already at the airport with no time to drive the 90 minutes home to get it. I was desperately trying to help her find this equipment to rent so she didn’t have to cancel her cruise due to missing the flight. I reached Dave and within 20 minutes he had located the equipment and solved the problem. What an incredible employee!!! Thank you Dave and Lancaster Medical Supplies for your help! You are amazing!

Amazing service. This is the first pharmacy I have ever been to that shows they truly care about the service they provide. They offer delivery of important medications, pharmacist not only delivered to my home but took the time to explain the medication to me. Staff is always happy and smiling when you go in!
