Big shout out and many thanks to Alain Q. from Marshal for his thorough and speedy replacement of our worn-out furnace yesterday. The job was expected to take two days, but Alain was done in one day (and that was a REALLY pleasant plot twist as the temperatures this week are in the 30s and no AC is a scary thought). Our office is a converted three-story house at the edge of the downtown district, and our building comes with its challenges of plastered walls and old duct work, so not many great options for improving air flow. Alain surprised us with a more powerful fan on this new furnace and my fellow second floor coworkers and I are delighted that we actually have AC blowing into our offices and the temperature on the floor is comfortable. Alain was neat, tidy, quick - and he was not really seen or heard at all considering he was dragging an old furnace out and a new one in to our office during office hours. He gave me the tour through our new thermostat and he was very professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend Alain and Marshal Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for your furnace and AC needs.

Over the weekend, my old water heater suddenly sprang a leak. I received a recommendation to use Marshal and I am extremely grateful for that recommendation. The service I received from Marshal Plumbing was exceptional . They were able to help me out asap. The guys that came out to do the work were professional and efficient. I was very surprised at how quickly and politely I had my drain pipes unfrozen and heat tape installed all according to MY schedule. Mark and his staff have just made themselves a life long grateful customer.

Trevor is knowledgeable and reliable. He's always on time and helpful with our questions. We've never had a problem scheduling work and the office staff are pleasant. We will continue to call Marshal as we know we can trust them!

Trevor arrived early and took off his boots despite us telling him that it was ok to keep them on.He went into the basement and came back up to ask us if we wanted to see inside the furnace and cooling unit. He explained how the units worked and told us to have a look.Trevor then went out side to inspect the outside ac unit. He came back in and gave us a report. He explained exactly how we could clean the unit in between cleaning and inspections.Trevor is a professional and courtesy person and it was much appreciated.Rick and Lori Viney

I lost the whole day because the one unprofessional came to fix my furnace he wanted to change so many parts , after many hours finally real workers came and said that I need to buy a new furnace. Then after one year, when my furnace didn’t turn on I asked for service that under warranty, it was fixed , however on the next week got email with invoice $160 .Great news before time.

I came home from holidays to discover my 18 year old Lennox had quit in the night. Thankfully the furnace waited for me to get home, but I wouldn’t have to wait for help. Within an hour of my call in -20C, Cam was on my doorstep with tools in hand. In the end the invoice was extremely reasonable, especially when considering the time spent, and it was provided in an easy to read online format that included a well worded explanation. Bravo guys! I really appreciate it!

I've called Marshal Plumbing, Heating and Cooling a couple of times and both times they turned a negative situation into a positive. Once, my A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. They asked me some questions and were out to repair my A/C same day. Another time, the motherboard of my furnace needed replacing. Really happy with the service on both occasions! Very prompt team and great to work with. I have not had any further issues with either my air conditioning or furnace since. Thanks guys!
