I encourage you to call Alex Albert and his team Rezalu and for Famida at Mark Feldstien and associates immediately to relieve your burden. The professional service that I received from Alex was incredible I presented them an aggressive timeline that CRA had put on me and they met every deadline.Alex communicated with CRA on my behalf and explained to me how the process would be completed. Alex knowledge of the CRA process was amazing. My only regret is I did not contact Alex and his team sooner to relieve me of my tax problems that I was dealing with for many years. If you have any tax problems at all I highly highly highly recommend that you call Alex Albert to help resolve your problems!!! I was searching for a new accounting firm to help with my tax return. I found Mark Feldstein & Associates on Google. A quick email and I got a phone call back to book an appointment. I met with Sara and she was very professional. I agreed to move my business to them and was very pleased with the service. Super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been dealing with Mark Feldstein for many years, both for business and personal tax. Their service and professionalism has always been impeccable. A special thank you to Gurpreet for the quick turnaround to file my taxes for 2020! Already done March 2, 2021.

Very disorganized. 2 years of corporate filing took more than 12 months to file as Mark's firm is a revolving door of accountants and family members.After Mark took over, time was billed to recover data from previous accountants.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I lost $500 here with NOTHING to show for it - basically scammed.I was first put in touch with them in April 6th of 2022; I let them know my matter was VERY time sensitive and I needed work done urgently. They were very quick to get me set up and have me pay a $500 retainer for their services, which I did same day, and sent them all requested info on April 7th. I heard back on the 8th with some questions, then silence. I waited for 10 days for an update on the urgent matter (that I informed them needed a tight turn around from the start). I followed up with them on the 18th - to which I received that they are busy, my file has issues, and to not contact them and they will follow up with me. I understand it was a busy time of year, but it's unacceptable to take my money and my information and provide no service. It's almost a year later and I have not received a reply or response to my request for a refund on the retainer as NO SERVICE WAS EVER RENDERED. I have called, emailed and not received word back. Absolutely abhorrent and unprofessional on every level.

I've got one word for you and that is RUN. Run while you can and avoid this place at ALL COSTS. These incompetent people here will over charge you and try to charge you more if they see you have a big net worth or make a lot of money. They do not know how to do simple tasks and are extremely slow to reply. Find another tax accountant no matter what you do.

My impression when I arrived for our initial consultation was off to a rocky start. The receptionist asked that I wait for my husband" when she was informed that I do ALL of the accounting (personal & business)
