I have worked with Isaac and Amortech for over 5 years now on various projects and love the work they have done.

These guys are amazing. Nobody better. I used them for business cards ad brochures. Don't go anywhere else.

Isaac who owns and operates Amortech Design Labs had reached out to our company to do a web/logo package for us. He was courteous, available and well priced at the start (we paid him to start the work in April 2019). We didn't get samples of his logo design ideas until June 2019 and then again in August 2019, and then nothing. Numerous emails, telephone calls and attempts to reach him on social media fell flat. Now our company has no final product and have lost our money. A truly disappointing encounter.Update to the owner's reply: The budget our company was given is exactly what Amortech Design Labs charges any other consumer. In our case, we paid half as a deposit with the remaining balance to be paid once the work was completed. In total, there were eight logo options provided (with different colour options) not 18 as the owner has indicated. It was never brought to our attention (until now) that there was an issue with the work, other than the owner had asked for more time due to personal reasons. Please take a look at the other reviews for this company as it shows a pattern of not getting your product or service and/or no longer being able to get a hold of the owner. My review is to caution anyone else seeking work from this company so that they are better equipped to minimize a potential loss.

I ordered from this company before and had a great experience however i just ordered new business cards and paid $500 for them on November 9 and I still have not received my business cards, i have emailed and called several times and no answer I am thinking there are out of business?

I had an extremely bad experience with Amortech. I was using their 3D printing services, and Isaac was nearly impossible to reach. My calls and emails would go unanswered for weeks, and I had to message the company's 24/7 support line to get Isaac to return a phone call. The print time was quoted as less than a week, and 3 months later I still had not received my order. Isaac just decided to stop answering my attempts to communicate all together. I had to bring in 3D hubs customer support (who were great) to have my money refunded. I was drawn to Amortech because of its high ratings, however my experience was overwhelmingly negative. Perhaps their other services are more professional, but definitely do not use them for any 3D printing.
