My parents recently had an unfortunate experience at this diagnostic centre on April 14th, Friday for an appointment at 9 am for an ultrasound. While I could not accompany them due to my own schedule, I am extremely disappointed with the services they received. Although the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful in guiding my mother through the process, the actual appointment was a different story.During the ultrasound, my mother had difficulty understanding some of the instructions given by the sonographer/radiologist. Instead of trying to communicate in a clear and calm manner or using body language for better understanding, the sonographer began to raise her voice and speak in an almost accusatory tone. Specifically, the sonographer asked and accused my mother of not speaking English fluently or bringing someone who could speak English for her. My mother, who already felt intimidated by the almost yelling tone of voice, was made to feel even more uncomfortable and unwanted simply because she could not speak English fluently. It was a humiliating experience for her, and as her child, I feel disappointed and let down by the diagnostic centre.The appointment was for my mother to check up on her risk of breast cancer. The news of the possibility of breast cancer must have already been a difficult and worrisome experience for my mother. However, the disappointing and unprofessional service she received during her appointment only added to her distress and worsened her perception of the healthcare system.As a healthcare worker myself, I understand that language barriers can be challenging, but they should never result in the mistreatment of patients. Patients should be treated with respect and compassion, regardless of their language or cultural background. It is unacceptable to treat someone poorly because they cannot speak English fluently, especially in a multicultural country like Canada.I hope the diagnostic centre will take my feedback seriously and ensure that all staff members receive proper training on providing respectful and inclusive care to patients of all backgrounds. No one should be made to feel ashamed or belittled simply because they are not fluent in English.

Worst lab in the city. Just a cash grab with no attention to the patients. Tell you to come early, and they are not even open. Cancelled appointments without any notice. The obnoxious and rude staff shouldn’t even be working at McDonald’s let alone a Lab. They respond to Google reviews by disclosing personal medical information in response to the reviews. For example, in one review they actually disclose the patient’s reason for an ultrasound. They ask you to provide your name on a review “so they investigate” the matter but that is actually against privacy laws to disclose the patient’s information. Classic desi incompetence to monetize a service and lack as many people in as possible. Stay far away from this place and if they disclose your personal info in response to reviews report to the minister of health.Absolute trash.

Everyone I encountered from the reception to the Dr that explained everything to me in detail were amazing.

I was a bit sceptical to come to this location since there’s quite a few bad reviews. I can honestly say thats probably because most people don’t really think to put a positive review. I had a great experience every single staff member I encountered treated me perfectly. I came in the front desk staff was very nice and I was taken to the back within 3 minutes of arriving for my appointment. One of the X-ray staff he was amazing he literally explained everything to me I was there for a arthrogram. The doctor who injected the die into my shoulder was very funny and nice guy! I had a ultrasound also the technician was amazing very nice and gentle as possible. I would highly recommend this location the staff are great! They will value your time and not make you sit around waiting. They will explain everything professionally and get to the point. I wish I knew there names to recognize them i honestly haven’t had many experiences perfect like this with doctors and medical professionals in Canada. If your hung up on the bad reviews I’d say maybe those people don’t work here anymore because everyone I met had a great attitude and my experience couldn’t have been any better. Thank you!

I am a seasoned patient and have done lots of x-rays/ultrasounds however this place by far was the worst experience. From the moment that you walk in the door to leaving they can't get you out soon enough. I am an easy patient and don't normally complain but why do they only ultrasound on the area of pain? If my doctor requests my foot they should do the entire foot in order to have the most comprehensive results. First tech was in such a hurry she pulled the plug out of the wall. Then I had to sit there uncomfortably while the machine reloaded. Ultrasound gel all over my top even though it was a foot ultrasound. Clearly wasn't wiped off properly. Waited a while before I was called for my x-ray and well it was like Nicole was in an Indy 500 race. BTW why don't any staff wear name tags or introduce themselves? I had to ask the x-ray technician her name. Only reason I came to this location is because it was the soonest appointment and it needed to be done asap. Otherwise I would have waited for efw/Mayfair or any other CDC location to have an appointment. As you can see from my review there's a reason why they have so many openings at Savanna. I hope this location can reflect on their process and improve their services. In the meantime, I will stick to places that appreciate my business and are thankful to be employed. Cheers!

I had to take my 92-year-old mother for x-rays after she fell and hurt her back. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The x-ray techs were gentle and careful with moving her around. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Friendly staff but not the best ultra sound technician. Usually when I get ultrasound they check the are affect and not one specific place. I went Mayfair diagnostic for a second opinion and they did just that. They also found something that this place couldn’t find. Would not recommend at the moment. But maybe that’s was just a one off so I’m going to leave them a 3 star. Wait times were nice and quick and they were really helpful.

we had an appointment and arrived only 20 minutes late. However, we were informed that we had to wait for our turn. After waiting for 30 minutes, the agent apologized and informed us that they were out of time. This experience left us feeling highly disappointed, and we do not plan to visit again.

Attended September 2022, I found this location to have helpful and polite staff. I started with dropping in to see if I could get an appointment and had a really helpful receptionist book the appropriate appointments as drop-in was not available. I would use this location again. Bright, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

I visited this location on February 13. Unlike the T & T Pacific Place location, the staff was nicer, courteous. The smile on their face and positive attitude made the difference!Thanks!
